She was sitting there1
alone in her room2
Door locked3
light off4
just her, the dark and the loud yelling of her parents5
right outside her bedroom door6
It was her fault they were fighting 7
it always was8
why couldnt she just shut up9
and accept what she got10
her head was spinning11
she was crying12
she knew she was a burden13
and she hated it.14
She had her cell phone15
a bottle of pills16
and a razor.17
Sh was trying to stay quiet 18
she called her best friend Darren.19
He didn't answer so she left a message20
she doubted he could understand her21
she was sobbing and shaking22
she told him she couldn't take it anymore23
that she loved him and always will24
that she promised to watch over him 25
then she paused starring at his name26
on the screen27
but then hung up28
she turned the phone off and threw it29
into the dark it was gone.30
She picked up the sleeping pills slowly so they couldn't hear the rattle31
She popped it open, pulled out the cotton32
she tipped it over and out came a handful33
she opened her mouth34
in goes 135
236
337
438
539
6 pills40
She pauses and stares into the dark 41
she waits for them to take affect 42
she thinks to herself43
"maybe they will live happily, now that the burden was gone, no more fighting, drinking, only happiness"44
she feels them45
shes getting dizzy46
she picks up her razor47
she sets it to her left wrist48
she puts pressure on it but goes slow49
she cant feel but she can see it50
the blood was flowing down her wrist51
and onto the floor52
she drops the razor and stares at her wrist53
shes starting to black out in and out54
the pills, she remembers them55
she fumbles for the bottle56
knocking it over57
they spill all over her carpet58
she picks up some more59
in goes60
7,8
9,10
11,12
13,14
and 1561
all in one they go down62
she starts to sway63
unable to move64
she cant feel anything65
she wonders if Darren got her message66
her eyes start to water up again67
she knows if he would of answered68
he could of stopped her69
she could of been saved70
if it werent for that unanswered phone call71
she loved him and was leaving him72
as she pictured him smiling at her73
she faded out74
slowly she slept her life away

Ok this is a very sad for poor little girl. I think you wrote it with your heart cause maybe when you are typing to fast you made a quiet few spelling mistake. And if you havent realize, the color made the word really hard to read. Anyway I like this piece of work very much! Keep it up!

Awww this was very very sad.

again, very sad. i wanted to cry... and that's what's most worrying when you know someone depends on you... to know you might miss a call or message or something that means their whole life will be gone. that's quite frightening... and how well you caught that imagery of being left, with no one to call.... brrrr. amazing work.

the beggining dragged me in, the whole story was very, very suspenseful. great job!

too sad... I know that hearing the sound of the person you love's voice you think twice three times even more then that. It happened to me... I was 10 and having a hard time in life, I was about to do the deed when my dad called. as soon as he picked up the fone I changed my mind. This reminds me of what I went through then.

You better be OK Brenna. -_-
other then this it was good. Use spell check every once and a while and see your typos. (dont hit me.)
