Joe Smozy was walking around Manhattan's West side trying to keep1
his mind from thinking about how badly he needed a drink when an 2
old maid stopped him and said, 'Young man, could you mail this 3
letter for me? I forgot my sun glasses and I have a splitting 4
headache. '5
Always a gentleman, Joe replied, 'Yes dear lady, it would be an6
honor . I will mail it without fail.'7
After Joe mailed the old maid's letter he seen an engraving on the 8
sideof a Manhattan sky-scraper that read( REJOICE O YOUNG MAN IN 9
THY YOUTH) Joe went on his lonely way wondering what it meant. 10
Then he began to feel happy and wondered why.11
Here is how the old maid's letter read:12
Letter to the editor of N.Y. Times:13
Dea Sirs,14
Now when the growth economics of Capitalism's days are numbered,15
the Repubican Party is turning against Conservatism, its last best hope for survival, while American women have been pavloved into believing Nature wants them to have children when its most likely the social insecurities of their sub-conscious mind wanting to hide their unadmitted timities behind the socially recognized needs of their children. Nature is indifferent to man, and
doesn't really care if women have kids or not. 16

Good Morning Wesley
Glad I stopped by to read. Great Write, I so agree with all you say. Where are the conservatives this year.
Give me my Penn. Senator Rick Santorum back. I totally agree too many put the all mighty dollar first and the Republican core values are dwindling bit by bit. I have a feeling it will be a sad sad day for us conservatives in the USA in Novenmber. Thank you for sharing this. A pleasure to read aome honest heartfelt words. You take care.
Sandy
God Bless The Old Maid!!!!!
