To love and die.

Two young girls ran at top speed through the airport and onto1

their flight. Once the two had gotten their seats the elder one2

started to laugh loudly. The one laughing was a 21 year old girl3

with long black hair and hazel eyes. Her companion one much smaller4

then her was a 17 year old girl with brown/red hair and deep brown5

eyes. The younger one tried to shush her elder companion.6

"Relax Bri, we've escaped no one can hurt us now." The elder7

said as she gently kissed the younger one, Bri's, cheek.8

"We are safe until someone finds out again." The younger9

sighed. The year was 2056 and the world had gone completely10

homophobic, anyone found to be gay was sentenced to death by lethal11

injection. The two girls were fleeing from the law and returning12

home to America, where they hoped they could life together in13

peace.14

The elder gently ran her fingers through Bri's hair. "It'll be15

OK love I won't leave you even if I have to die," She kissed the16

younger hair and whispered. "I love you."17

Bri smiled "I love you too, Lin." she told the elder, Lin,18

before falling asleep for the first time in days.19

The two children arrived in New York 7 hours later and got off21

the plane. The did not have any bags with them because they had to22

leave their last home so soon. "There they are!" Someone shouted23

and the next thing that Lin knew she had been tackled and cuffed by24

an officer.25

"Run!" She shouted to her lover from her position on the26

ground. Bri however didn't move she was stuck staring at the woman27

that had identified them, it was Lin's mother. Bri was punched hard28

in the stomach and cuffed. The two were dragged to the police cars29

and were thrown in separate ones.30

Lin looked out the window to the faces of the spectators among31

them were her parents and Bri's parents both with sour looks on32

their faces as they watched their children be taken to the station.33

Once their Lin was taken to a room, fingerprinted and severely34

violated, she was then thrown in a cell. About half an hour later35

Bri was also thrown in the cell, her beautiful silky hair hacked off36

and tear streaming down her face.37

Lin held the younger girl close as she cried. "Lin I'm scared." 38

She whispered between sobs. Lin's heart broke at the sight of her 39

lover so broken and hurt.40

"It'll be OK Bri, remember I'm here and I won't let anyone hurt 41

you." She cooed to the younger girl as she cradled her.42

The two girls weren't even given a trial but sentenced straight 43

to death. Bri would die the next day and Lin two days later. The 44

guards came early the next morning and woke the two girls with swift 45

kicks. "Up you fags to day we are rid of one of you."46

Bri clung to Lin as they were led out of the cell and out onto 47

the street to be paraded before one of them died. But they never made 48

it to the place of injection together, for a gunshot rang through the 49

streets and Lin fell to the ground a wound in her back. Bri screamed 50

and knelled down by Lin begging her to get up.51

Lin looked up at her lover and kissed her. "I love you Bri, and 52

I'll wait for you on the other side." She said hoarsely. "AND I'LL SEE 53

THE REST OF YOU IN HELL!!!" She screamed as her life blood ran from 54

her body. Bri was dragged away from her dieing lover screaming bloody 55

murder. No one cared what happened to Lin but her.56

Bri was dragged in to a pure white room her scream now horse 57

sobs. She was belted down to a metal table where she would be given 58

the injection. "Lin, Lin don't leave me LIN." she cried as they 59

injected her with the poison.60

"Shut up fag your gay lover is dead but don't worry you'll see 61

her in hell where you belong gay bastered." One of the men there 62

sneered at her.63

Bri looked at the man only a minute of life was left for her. 64

"Hell...Hell you'll all go to HELL!" she shreaked before becoming 65

quite. "Lin what did we do?" She asked the wind as death began to 66

take her. She closed her eyes and laughed as though she had gotten an 67

answer. "You're right all we did was love like them, we committed no 68

crime." She smiled and laughed again. "No our kind would never do 69

this, we are more understanding then them, but you're right this is 70

murder and they will all pay in hell."71

As death stole Bri away and she joined her lover in peaceful 72

death. It happened. The sky became dark and the first rain of the 73

year began morning for the two children's death, for they were Gods 74

own special children, ones that he had created, and ones that as his 75

others had died for his gift of love.76
