Second section: A sample scene (100 - 400 words)-
It was odd, me being dressed up and in a very rushed manner sent to a Grand hall which I found had about eight different people in it. Not only was that odd but, how beautiful the room was to begin with. It looked like it should belong to someone in a palace. I felt something touch my shoulder, something that was rather cold but not freezing. I cringed away, scared half to death by someone touching me that I did not know, and just by the suddenness of it.
“Why do you cringe away like that? Why are you scared of us, we mean no harm to come of you?” I heard that voice as. The voice of my captor. No more than a whisper but still commanding. I stuttered, only somewhat. “Maybe because I was kidnapped for no purpose, no reason at all by someone who has probably just come of adulthood. Someone who will not tell me why I am here.” I was still scared but at least I had found the strength to speak I guess it did not matter arguing over it though because I knew I would never escape. Never to leave on my own again.
“Fine, it does not matter. Let us continue to the dining room. Where you shall meet my brothers who helped me as you call ‘kidnap you’. I hope you know how to eat like a lady.” The last part was muttered under his breath. I still heard it though and I was so far fueled by my anger I lifted my arm and hand and I slapped him straight across the face. The sound rang through the room. A red mark on his face, he turned to me with angry eyes and told me in a voice I never want to hear again. “Don’t ever hit me again”. I heard a growl deep in his voice and all of a sudden I was pushed against a wall.25
