"Man and Woman crated he them." - Genesis, 1; 271
"Mama, how come I still have these old talismans in my room?"2
"They were put there when you were just born to protect you from Lilith, and they are kept there as a reminder of what happens to insolent wives and naughty children."3
"Mama, who is Lilith?"4
"Sit down child, I'll tell you her story."5
When YHWH created man he also created woman at the same time, Rabbi is found of the version where the man and woman are one being, with Adam facing one way and Lilith facing the other. Myself, I think they were created separately, I was taught as a young girl that Lilith was created from filth and mud instead of pure dust like Adam. 6
If they were androgynous then YHWH separated them if not then they lived together happily for a long time in Eden. Then God decided that it was time for Adam to name all of the creatures of the earth, sea, and sky. God gave both Adam and Lilith the gift of speech but it was Adam alone who got the gift of naming things. 7
Lilith watched in amusement at the way Adam named and classified things. This was for her a sort of game and it was said she even made fun of Adam while he worked with his glorious gift. Adam then came back and attempted to give a name to Lilith, but she didn't want Adam to give him a name, names were given to the animals, she could pick a name for herself. Adam told her that no matter what she called herself, he would always call her 'woman' for she was a part of him.8
To this, Lilith laughed, she told Adam that he was more a part of her then she was a part of him, and in attempt to prove it she knocked him over and attempted to couple with him. Adam screamed that not even a dog lets his bitch mount him and pushed Lilith to the ground and began trying to couple with her. In frustration, Lilith uttered the ineffable name of the almighty, and flew away on a wind, that is how she got her name for in the Samaritan language, Lilith means wind daemon. 9
Adam stood before God and complained, God agreed to send three angles to retrieve Lilith and bring her back to Adam. Senoy, Sansenoy and Semangelof were the angels sent to retrieve Adam's lost helpmate. If you look closely at your little talismans they have the names of those angles scribed on them.10
These angles flew to the edge of the world at the shore of the sea of reeds; there was Lilith who was coupling with the most atrocious of daemons. My mother told me that she was coupling with the king of the daemons himself; my teacher said it was the serpent who tempted Eve with whom Lilith was coupling, Rabbi holds that it was none other then the savage goddess Innanna. I think that there is no reason why she could not have been coupling with all of them at the same time.11
The angles told Lilith that God commanded her to go back to Adam. Lilith refused and told them that God had already commanded that she was to produce over one hundred daemons per day. The Angles then cursed her by the name of YHWH that one hundred of her children would die each day. Lilith shrugged, and answered that she already knew that would happen because God needed her to devour the children of Adam and for each child of hers which died; she would take one from Adam's seed. She then solemnly promised that if she saw the names of those three angles guarding the room in which a baby sleeps, she will not enter it but turn her attentions elsewhere.12
After Adam and Eve fell from Eden, Lilith visited Adam in the night, this time Adam didn't seem to mind being mounted by Lilith. Lilith's role as a Night-Mare (succubus) who takes the seed of a man in his sleep became apparent.13
Now child, if you don't want to become a daemon, then you must always obey your husband and never question his word, remember that it was the gift of words that started the trouble between Adam and Lilith. Never allow yourself to dream of a man, because that is just Lilith in disguise, she is trying to take you away from the world and make you one of her daemon children.14

Very good. Many people think 'who was Lilith anyhow'. The Bible, sadly, is filled with anti-female messeges and even stories. The era in which the Bible was written influenced this of course, because who could ever believe God would wish women to suffer so much at the hands of men. Its not only disgusting that such propaganda has survived, but even more so, it is disturbing that many people still believe in it and its basic theme: That women are servants of man.
