A Vampires Revenge

All I could hear was my heart pounding in my ears, thoughts coming and going from each and every direction, and our footsteps as we ran through the forest. I thought it would be a bad idea to go into the forest. It was in a way. We were well hidden for two days and one night. The night was the worst. When we worried the most. Till this certain night. They found us. And they will kill us as they said they would. Draven and myself have been hiding from our kind for quite some time now. Draven took care of me, was there for me. He was my everything. We were lovers. In love forever he'd say and kiss me. It was like for over a decade. Until we didn't follow the our kinds rules. They came to teach us a lesson. We get it now. That their rules are over rated and that there should not be certain rules. The rules are to strict. We followed all other rules and broke just the few. We are in love and I mean people who are in love do things damnit and it shouldn't such a big deal but... look at us now. Can't they just understand? 'Felicity. Look at me.' I opened my eyes realizing I had closed them. He took my hand and kissed it then held my hand tight. 'They are getting close now. You must keep your eyes open and stop using instinct to run.' He said and let out a sigh. I looked up at him and into his eyes. Fear, pain, hate, love. Thats what his eyes held. And I am sure thats what mine held the same. I put my arms around his waist and pulled him close. 'Love don't try to fly. You are to weak.' Draven said and pet my head. 'Who said anything about flying Draven? I just want to hold you.' I said. I tried not to sound angry but he knew it was in the tone of my voice. He sighed again and lifted my head. 'I love you so much Felicity. Don't forget. Never.' And he kissed me. 'I could never forget. For I love you so also. Don't you ever forget it.' I said and smiled weakly. I buried my face in his chest so he would not see me crying. 'I love you Draven.' I said and looked up to find he was crying to. I put my arms around his neck and kissed his neck. Suddenly he looked up and said 'We must keep going love or they will catch up.' He took my hand and we started to run. 'Why won't you let me fly? Why Draven?' I asked. I was pissed and we needed out of there. 'Because you are to weak.' He answered. 'I can do it! Sorry now is not the time to argue. Forgive me.' He looked back and smiled. 'Forgiven.' He said and turned back around.1

We ran for quite a while, for three more miles I'd say, when Draven collapsed. 'Draven.' I said and knelt beside him. 'Draven come on we are almost to the boundaries. We'll be free there for a while. Come on Draven. Just two more miles.' I stopped and laid down next to him. I took his hand in mine and kissed it. We laid there for awhile. I listened to him breath and his heart beat when I decided I'd fly. For him. I put my arms around his waist once more and stood up. Fly damit fly. No luck. I heard twigs breaking and leaves being crushed. For our kind you'd think they'd be more quite. 'Felicity. What... You are tried to fly didn't you? You...' I cut him off. 'Shh.' I said and placed my lips on his. 2

'Aww so sweet to see you two kissing your last kiss.' 3

'Dallas its so nice to see you again.' Said Draven.4

'Yes isn't it? Now go hurry before the rest come.' Dallas said.5

'What? I thought it was you who betrayed us. Why are you doing us a favour?'6

'Because I feel bad for give the two of you in. You guys were my friends. And I needed the money and I am just sorry.' I looked at Draven and looked up at Dallas in the tree branch. 'How should we know that this isn't a trap and theres vamps up ahead.' I  asked.7

'Because you should just trust me.' I let go of Draven to face Dallas.8

'Trust you? How can we trust you after what you did?'9

'Because... you just should.' Dallas cocked his head to one side so his ear was towards the sky. 'Go now!' And Dallas disappeared.10

'Should we trust him?' I asked.11

'Yes. Listen.' And surely enough I heard them. They were behind us. Towards the east and we were running south west. I put my arms back around Dravens waist. 'Felicity no.' 'To bad Draven we need out of here.' And we got out of there. The others weren't flying they were running so we were safe. 'Draven what do you think Dallas meant kissing our last kiss?'12

'I don't know Felicity.' 13

I flew until we were half way across the safe boundaries until I knew we would be safe for awhile. 'We are safe now Draven.' I said.14

'Yes but only for a short while. You know what Master will do he will go to the master of this territory and get permission for his vamps to cross the lines and kill us. You know that.' Draven answered back in a angry voice.15

'Whats wrong what did I do?' 16

'You flew and you knew I didn't want you to.'17

'So Draven we are alive aren't we? I think I did fine so don't bitch at me!' I was getting a little mad but I couldn't help myself. Draven let out a sigh.18

'I am sorry you did save ourselves I shouldn't have gotten angry.' He said and walked over and gave me a hug. 'We are going to get out of this no matter what.'19

'Yes love we are. We will survive even if it means we have to kill.'20

'What are you saying Felicity?' He said and held me out at arms legth. I steped out of his arms and leaned against the tree. 21

'Exactly as it sounds. If they are going to kill then so do we. Beside it is survive or die Draven and I for one do not want to die. So we have to fight back. Because if we don't we will die. And damnit we are suppose to spend etrnity together and thats what I want.' A long pause before anything was said. 'Did that make any sense?' I asked.22

'Yes. Perfect sense. And you are right. Surrive or die and thats that. So what are we going to have to do? They will come for us and it won't be pretty.' He answered.23

'No it won't be pretty and it won't be fun.' I stood and stared at him as he just glared at me. He sat down and looked like he was thinking. 24

'I wouldn't want to waste time thinking of a way out of this little miss the two of you.' Said Dallas.25

'Dallas what the hell are you doing here? You have to have permission from the Master of the land.' Draven said and stood.26

'Yes and so do you. But unfortunately for you two we already got permission.' Said a voice I haven't heard in the longest time. 27

'Monty how nice to see you.' I said. 'I can't believe you betrayed us again Dallas.' I glared at Dallas.28

'Oh but he didn't I made him come out to you or otherwise I would have killed him.' Monty said.29

'And I preferred death you bastard!' Dallas said and turned to face Monty. 'But what did you do? You brainwashed me made me powerless! I hate you!' 30

'Such Strong words you say dear Dallas.' Monty said and put out his hand and Dallas fell to the ground. 'Stronger vamps have the power to kill the weak Dallas remember that.' Dallas was still he was dead and I didn't do anything to help I felt the tears fall down my check and turned my head. 'Have I upset you darling Felicity. 31

'You are a selfish bastard! I will be the one to see you dead and buried for the rest of these earth days!' I turned to Monty so I could sit the words in his face. I heard a gasp and Draven whisper out my name. I turned once more to see Draven under the hands of two other vampires. 'Felicity. Get out of here.' Draven manged.32

'Release him. NOW!' I yelled and shoved my hand into one of the vamps and pulled out his heart. He let out a shriek and fell. It was almost funny. 33

'Felicity stop it now.' Said Monty in a harsh voice. 'You don't want to do that. Because you never know what will... happen.' Monty came up behind me and took a firm hold of me and I fought back but the other vamp who had a hold of Draven caught my attention as he shoved the stake in his heart and ripped off his head. I screamed and tried to get out of Monty's hold but I didn't not win that fight. The vampire that killed Draven came at me and I knew I was next. I kicked him and bit Monty even though that wouldn't help to much it worked better then I thought I bit through his and and I used my arms and snapped it in half and ran from him. He just laughed. 'I heal fast you little wrench I will get you!' I heard him yell. I continued to run and didn't look back. Even though I wanted to I wanted to see Draven to make sure this was real and not a nightmare. Unfortunately it wasn't a dream nightmare it was the real nightmare. The nightmare I never wanted to happen. I vowed to get my revenge on Monty. To make sure I was the one that put him in his coffin forever. For Draven.34
