The CB and its Inhabs (Chapter Two: A Bird Chirps)

Aaez and I still talk to each other. I go to his room and wake him up every morning. Then we go to the Group Subway and look around for some good friends to hang with. After that we go to the writing room for some peace and quiet... Even though Aaez sort of makes it louder with all his, "Oh my lawd!"1

I sat in the corner and pulled out my book. The corner seemed darker than the rest of the room. It got even darker when a shadow settled over it. I looked up. "Hello."3

I apologized to the girl and got out of her corner. I supposed that she had this special corner for a reason. I asked for her name and received no answer. Then, I walked away shrugging and asked Aaez about her. "That's Robin."5

I smiled. "Robin is a pretty name."6

Robin came out of her corner and sat with us at lunch that day. "Hi Robin," I said with an anxious smile on my face. She smiled back for the first time that day. That was how we became friends. A simple smile exchange made it all better.7
