You know, when I think about her I mentally slap myself. 3

'Don't even go there!' I say, 'You don't have a right.' 4

And then I get mad, 'Why not? I'm just as good as she is!'5

Then I sigh and admit that she is better and that I'll never compare in the least. Aw Well, at least she doesn't know.6

But then I think that maybe, just maybe, she feels the same way and I laugh. In my dreams.7

What's happening to me? I was eating lunch under the apple tree when she walks by and I wolf-whistle at her! I mean, Where did this come from?12

She looks over at me and grins; she thinks I'm only teasing. Then her boyfriend whispers something urgent into her ear and she snickers and replies. "...just my best friend, It doesn't mean anyt..." The wind whisks her voice away.13

I feel my heart fade a little bit more and sigh, aw well, at least i'm closer then I was before. Now I'm her best friend, in stead of the quiet one in her study group.14

That's a plus.15

She bought me a bouquet of yellow roses and an AP Calculus book for my 16th Birthday. She's sweet and practical.19

She's my roommate now, we live in an apartment in New York City. She gets the bed by the closet, I get the bed by the computer. We're taking all the same classes in our highschool, and are both on the Chess team, and the Cheer Squad. 20

Ok, Big News!21

I've got two tickets to a Panic! at the Disco concert and I know she's been dying to go. Wait, she just came in!22

...OH, She's got a date with Jamie. Her newest boyfriend. Aw well, I'll go, and take David (My COOLEST chess tutor ever), he'll like it I'm sure!23

She can go! Jamie ditched her. YES! I mean, It's bad that Jamie got sick, but YES! I CAN GO WITH HER TO A CONCERT!!!!25

I gotta say kissing Her was...spectacular. It was THE BEST as far as first kisses go. And it was SO romantic!30

She told me to meet her in the gym at 10:00pm and she wouldn't tell me why. So, I show up and all the lights are off when the scoreboard lights up and I see 'I LOVE YOU!' in bright red letters.31

Then someone tackles me to the ground and kisses me and I mean KISSES me. The lights come on and I see it's her. 32

She blushes. "Hello, Sam. What do you think?" She looks up at me through her eyelashes and I grin.33

"It's ok - OW!" She smacks me and gets up. "Hey!" She looks back down at me, pouting, "Did I say you could go?"34

She grins and tackles me again.35

I can't really post a lot, I'm going to a party with Lucy. 40

I just wanted to say that things are going great with us and we plan on moving to England when we graduate this year. It'll be so fun! She's going to college for Dancing and I'm going to college for teaching. Calculus to be exact.41
