The warmth of the sun slowly crept across my naked body, lying in bed, wrapped around in the sheets. I sighed, and shifted. I didn't want to wake. It felt too good lying here. I turned to my right, and saw him, and smiled. He was sleeping so soundly, one muscular arm draped loosely around my waist.1
Pushing myself up into a sitting position, I carefully removed his arm. I didn't want to wake him. No, he deserved to sleep longer. After last night, he deserved the world.2
Never before had I experienced something so incredible. It was admittedly a little scary at first, but he assured me everything would be okay.3
Before that night, I'd been visiting relatives in another state for nearly three weeks. It had been the longest we'd been apart since we'd first started dating. It's crazy to say, but being away from him was almost physically painful. We fell pretty hard for each other to say the least.4
That first week was the longest, most grueling week I'd ever endured. I remember texting him every day and calling him every night. Hearing his voice just wasn't enough, though.5
Eventually I found little ways of distracting myself here and there. Usually I would just take extra time to complete quick tasks. It was the only way I could keep myself from going insane. I suppose I am a little too dependent on him, but it doesn't bother him.6
By the time the last week of my visit rolled around the corner, I was anxiously counting the days until I would see him again. That last week seemed more like a decade than seven days. It felt as if the separation would never end.7
Two days before I was due back, I decided I wanted to surprise him. That night, I called him and told him that I had to stay another week. It was hard for me to contain my supressed laughter, but he sounded genuinely shattered.8
The moment he saw me again, his face lit up and I was suddenly in his arms. My feet never touched the ground as he carried me into his bedroom. Hands fumbled and lips met while clothing was eagerly removed. Every touch was passionately heated.9
But it wasn't until we were both laying there naked that I realized what we were about to do.10
"I'm nervous," I admitted shyly.11
"We don't have to do anything you don't want to do," he promised. "I won't pressure you into anything. I want this to be your decision."12
I think that was what really made me want to go through with it. Without any pressure or outside influences, I realized that I wanted him to be my first.13
"Thank you," I whispered softly. "I think I'm ready."14
I don't regret going through with it. It was incredible. While it did hurt at first, he kissed every tear away and went at my pace. Not once did he try to go any faster until he was sure I would be okay with it. I knew I wasn't his first, but he was mine. The fact that he was so willing to take it easy for me made me love him that much more.15
Despite the initial pain, it was still the most amazing experience of my life. There's no one else I would've rather given myself to. I know for a fact that he truly loves me and only me.16
A pair of strong russet arms entwined themselves around my slender frame.17
"Good morning," he whispered, his breath lightly tickling my ear.18
He kissed my forehead as I rested my head against his strong chest. He made every day seem bright.

Congrats on all the trophies. This was REALLY sweet. It seemed like soemthing that actually happened... is this a personal experience? The guy sounds like a real keeper
While I was hoping for entries that included more detail of the actual ACT of sex, this did make me smile. It was very sweet and I enjoyed it... thanks so much for entering and good luck.

Adorable!
This was wonderful, so sweet and joyful. It made me smile, which is definately a good thing!
I love the line "After last night, he deserved the world." It leaves enough to the imagination.
Thank you so much for entering! -
Wow, I really love that last sentence. It really works.
It was cute and sweet, I loved it!

I loved this, So full of emotion and so romantic. You kept my attention by just descrbing which I think is fantastic!
You are so going in to my finalist!
-
Aw! This was beautifully written, full of emotion, and very romantic. I love the sweetness of the last few paragraphs, and you made such an intimate moment feel so romantic and full of love. I only wish there was a bit more description simply because I enjoyed this so much.

Thanks for entering my contest, and good luck!

Amazing story. So romantic and honest.
I caught an error that might need to be changed.
The moment he saw me again, his face lit up and I was suddenly in his arms. My feet never touched the ground as carried me into his bedroom. With each and every passionate kiss, clothing was eagerly removed.
SHOULD BECOME
The moment he saw me again, his face lit up and I was suddenly in his arms. My feet never touched the ground as "he"
I wish you the best of luck in my contest

Wow, this was good! I love the hook. It draws the reader in immediately, and right from there I want to know what's going to happen. You did an excellent job of conveying the narrator's emotions, making the reader understand her feelings and motives. Word choice was nice and the sentences had a light, airy flow to them.
I also like how you started in the present... and then sort of worked backwards before coming back to the present again. That was cool.
Although, as the reader, I want more DETAILS. I understand that the two love each other.... but more interactions between them would make the story better.
Great job though; and good luck in the contest!!!

Enjoyed again...see previous comments
Well done~!

This is so good! I really enjoyed reading it, but I would have loved it if it was longer...you know, a bit more description at the end. The story is gripping right until the end and leaves the reader wondering what might happen next. You could definitely make this story longer and even better so that the reader can understand the girl's feelings better. Thank you for entering and good luck.

This is such a romantic story and always the tale of two lovers. I'm glad that it didn't end badly. I was holding my breath to see if there was a confession to be made by one or the other. I'm glad that it ended lovingly. Thank you for entering and good luck in the contest.

Uhhh.... Yeah
it was an ok piece... not exactly what I was goin for, but ok.... and what about of doom? -
Well done...again:)
I've already commented on this story. But i gave it a second glance just to be sure
Again, i was put in the place of the character, feeling the emotion and understanding the relationship. You're hook is the best part. It sparks my interest and makes me want to read on! It's a wonderfully written story. Thanks for the entry
-
Aw, very cute story... packed full of emotion and very heartfelt. Good luck!

UpLifting!
This was very well written and uplifting to read. You did well with describing emotion, making me feel for her. I felt her anticipation and found it to be a nice 'feel good' story. Thanks for the opportunity. ~D -
I agree with uncle RJ
Great emotion. Even though I don't prefer reading this stuff, I was admittedly drawn in.
Good luck in the contests.
