"One... two... three..." Jade counts as she cuts into her wrist. "No one cares. Four... five..." she continues between twinges of pain. Each cut is deeper than the previous but she begins to enjoy the ability to control her pain. "Six... sev-- ouch!"1
Jade looks at the droplets of blood falling down her arm which have quickly formed a puddle on the floor of her bathtub. "Where was I? Oh yeah -- six... seven... eight..." Jade brings her wrist to her face for a closer view of the damage. She sees the blue of her veins barely covered with layers of shredded skin.2
Suddenly Jade feels nauseous. She jumps out of the tub and runs across the cold bathroom tile and almost misses the toilet. Jade is given a new outlook on her school lunch as it swirls in the water beneath her face.3
After two more disgusting episodes Jade resumes her new activity. "Nine... ten..."4
And the world turns black to Jade as she falls unconscious.5

This one I made short because I had an entire beautiful fourth chapter but I hit backspace and the site went back and I lost an hour and a half's work. Once I become less pissed I'll restart the writing.

This was good, the way you describe the way she was sick, and everything else. I'm not too fond of blood and yes, it did make me feel nauseous too =-D Great work though!

wow, this made me quite nausiues or however u spell that word. but thats not a bad thing. This chapter is really emotional and the cutting and everything :-/. Its actually a good thing that i felt naucious! because that means your story was more than just words!!!!! =D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well anyway. I think the shorter version was still good. and dont be pissed for the stupid internet when it erased ur work!
if it does it again, tell me, ill go kill em. ;]
