Ok, first up, my apologies for making a mockery of your contest, it is a great sounding contest, and I wish I had something good for it, but I'm all out of deep thoughts So I'm expecting a DQ for this, and I can't say I'd blame you.

wow... I read the number "42" and was like... "What is so deep about 42?" and I spent a long time trying to figure it out... lol.. One might say a number is deep, if the number is given a proper reason behind being deep... such as 073093 can be an important number for it is a date. 13 is considered "the devils number" 7 is the "lucky number" 666 is "a sign of satan" so if you wish to salvage this for the sake of the contest you can do so... even deep quotes go somewhere in this contest!

You've never read, or even heard of this from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy have you? 42 to the answer to the meaning of life, the universe, and everything. So it's more a joke, but anyway. The number stays, if you don't like, feel free to DQ. But thanks for the comments and applause!

You should read the books, they are very good (Or even just watch the movie, which is good, but not -as- good).
Anyway, a rough cap, so it makes more sense. They built a computer to find the answer, that's the answer the computer game up with after thousands of years. An epic-anti-climax.
So then to make sense of the answer, they had to find the question to the answer of the meaning of life, the universe and everything. So after another book of story, they get that. It is: 7x6. It's pointless, makes no sense, and is hilarious! Trust me, it's the best answer if anyone asks you about the meaning of life. *nods*

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Gallexy. But I've never read/watched it. I've heard of that though from friends. And laughing does me well in depression and for that I thank you. And I guess your entry would be pretty deep actually.. if it were yours lol.

It wouldn't be as funny, or deep, if it were mine, both those aspects lie in the fact that someone else did it, and made it famous. -
