You need it. Without forgiveness, I wouldn't be sane. Even more than that, if I didn't forgive MYSELF, I wouldn't be here writing this right now. Forgiveness is like hope and dreams and love...It's essential.7

Ah. Only a writer would say erasers, Ms. Moon. Do you mean my gummy, half gone, cruddy, pink, beloved erasers that are all over my room and bed and desk, to help me with my notebooks full of sweet words, or the symbolic ones that erase my mistakes and teach me life long lessons? ...Or are they one in the same?9

A writer is a gift to the world. Writers are essential for my sanity. Writers are extraordinary beings, who have extreme talent and enormous vocabularies and imaginations that a dragon could fly through with room to spare.11

A writer is also my younger sister, and a little girl with her first pensil, writing about the monster under the bed and the flowers in the garden.12

Unicorns personally remind me of beauty. Look up. THAT beautiful. They're also beautiful creatures on the outside; an extraprdinary plus. I'm jealous of unicorns. They've got looks, grace, friends, magic....Everything I've ever wanted. :]24

Dragons are beautiful. They're like the masculine version of unicorns, or so in my twisted mind. They're everything a little boy sitting on his bed dreaming has ever wanted.25
