MY BED OF MOSS
I lay on a bed off moss.
Watching the sun stream
Through the leaves.
Yellow and green streaks
Filter down making my
World light up.
A patch of sun lands
On my moss
Warming it up just so.
The warmth spreads through me
Making me melt.
I slowly seep
Into the ground
Closing my eyes
I知 part of the earth forever
And ever. This is were
I値l stay warm and one
With the world forever.1

WHY, OH WHY ME?
Don稚 you ever wonder,
Why me? Why, oh why me?
Why not the kid down the street?
Or, the boy with the black hat?
What about the little old lady?
Why, oh why me?3
How come I always get in trouble?
Why is my lollypop always broke?
Why do I always fall in the mud?
How come I知 never on time?
Why, oh why me?4
For one day I would like
To pass the bad luck off.
For once be clean and happy.
Why can稚 I?
Why, oh why me?5

SIGNS OF SPRING
What are the signs
Of spring?
The flowers in
Full bloom?
Little baby animals
Crying for their mom?
Bees roaming from
Flower to flower?
Dogs outside
Running around?
Birds chirping
Their mating song?
Clothes hanging on
The line to dry?
The sun warming
Up the earth?
Grass starting to spring
from the ground?
What are the signs
Of spring?7

NIGHT SKY
I glance up at the sky
Watching the stars twinkle
I see a stream of light
Flash across the darkened sky
The moon shines
Like a proud silver ruler
As it rules the night
I look for the constellations
That rules the sky with
the gorgeous moon
I知 at total lost
Hopeless in the sea of stars
I sigh as I realize that
I知 lost in the
Beautiful sky
How I wish I could be part
Of the peaceful world
Of the night sky.9

2 SEAS
I walk down the bumpy
Path of brown and yellow pebbles
I listen to the chorus of waves
Crashing and spraying on the
Shore of this sandy beach
Slowly and deeply I
Inhale the salty air
Of the quiet sea
Through my noise wafts
the smell of rain on its way
I glance up to the sky
Hoping to catch a glimpse
Of the sunset on the horizons
Before the terrible storm
Shuts it out for a time
Then I see the true sea
A soft blue with puffy darker blue
Stream across the sky
Waves of clouds roll across
The vast open sea
Blues of every shade
Make up this moving sea
I gasp at the beautiful
Sight and watch it slowly fade
Then I hear a crack
And the sky lights up
In a brilliant light
The waves surge with energy
As the wind chases it
The blue seas turn a murky gray
Then I felt a cold wet drop
Slide down my cheek
With my face upturned
I laugh with silly joy
As the sky starts to cry
On this dry, brown Earth
Then I turn and run back up
The ruff path of stones
Sorry to leave my seas
For the rest of the night
Right before I went over the hill
I turned to wave goodbye
Making a silent promise to return
to see the seas
Once again tomorrow
then I run over the peak of the hill
that protects my home
from the angry seas 11
How was the flow? What should I change?

I really liked them all! In 'My Bed of Moss' you captured the colours and the warmth of the sun really well. I should know, there's a place like that in my garden just like that.
It has really good use of imagery all the way through, but I particularly liked 'My Bed of Moss'. -
