After releasing from the kiss Leah quickly got up and went into the house. What they hell was I think she thougth. I probably scared her now. Leah went in and sat on the couch. She heard the car pull up. She put her head in her hands. 1
"I lost it!" She shouted as it echoed through the house.2
Sitting there she waited for what even she didn't know. She made a fool of herself. What am I going to do tomorrow in school. She headed up the stairs cursing herself just as the phone rang. She ran to her room.3
"Hello?"4
Nicole's voice was on the other end.5
"Oh Nicole I am so sorry for what I did. I wasn't thinking straight I hope you can forgive me. I still hope you'll help me with English. I really am sorry. If you never talk to me again I can understand completely."6
"Leah...It's fine. It was the heat of the moment thing. Plus don't be sorry." 7
Nicole quickly hung up. There was something she was, hiding Leah sensed it. Slowly putting the phone back on the receiver she climbed into bed wondering what tomorrow had in-store for her.8
The alarm clock rang as Leah reached over and knocked it off the stand. She got up and went over to her dresser. Pulling out her black jeans and white muscle shirt. She got dressed and headed down stairs this time not saying good bye to anyone.9
She got into school and passed the day without anyone bugging or asking what was wrong. Leah didn't see Nicole all day. So she sat in her car and waited to see if Nicole would should hoping she wouldn't stop with the lessons.10
Nicole appeared. Leah's body trembled hoping that Nicole didn't hate her for what she did. Steve Hunt was following behind as Nicole picked up her pace. Leah got out of the car and quickly raced towards Nicole. She handed Nicole the keys.11
"Get in the car. I will be right there."12
"Don't Leah just come on." 13
Leah turned and walked with Nicole. Nicole reached over and grabbed Leah's hand.14
"Leah we are still going to do the lessons."15
"Nicole what is going on? Is Steve bothering you?"16
"Yes but that don't matter. We need to work on your English."17
"Nicole it does matter. He needs to know that he can't be doing this to you."18
They got in the car and headed to Leah's house. Leah thought about the whole holding hands and what that meant. They got out of the car and headed upstairs. The lesson went by quickly. They remained sitting in silence. Nicole stared at the wall and Leah stared at the floor. The silence cut through each of them like a knife. Nicole finally reached over and grabbed Leah's hand. Looking into Leah's eyes she spoke.19
"Leah when you kissed me last time I didn't mind. The secret that I have been hiding is that I am more into girls. I figured it out when I was with Sam. We got drunk and well one thing lead to another and we kissed. I liked it and well we vowed we wouldn't tell anyone. Then Steve got a hold of my red notebook about what happened. Sam is straight and always will be so I knew that nothing could develop there. Then I started to notice you and was so nervous to talk to you not knowing if I were your type. Then just when you kissed me I knew that I could tell you anything."20
"Wow Nicole. I never thought that was it. I didn't think that was even close. It came across my mind but I didn't think it could be with your parents being Catholic and all."21
Nicole grabbed Leah and kissed her. Leah pulled away just as the door opened and her mom came in.
Please tell me what you think

Woot! Finally secrets are revealed! How did I know that she was going to come out that she was more into girls that guys? I guess I'm just good like that. lol Man, that's quite the buzz kill. A mother walking in never leads to anything good. I just recently became Catholic. So, I can understand how that goes, but I am the only one in my family that is. I wish she would have turned around beat the shit out of that Steve guy. Maybe that'll come later... Wonderful job thus far sweetheart! =] As always!
