Corruption1
It’s easy to get away. They say money can’t buy happiness and they’re lying; all you need is enough cash for the right hit, the right vice, the right kink. This is a place with no morality, no rules and no consequences. This is the garbage dump of all reality, the emotional and mental drop out from feeling like anything. Ah, what we give to be numb. Every skid I see drags me further into it, every time I find a vial or a bottle it drives me. This place ruins people.2
Theft 3
We don’t steal, we just don’t. Pawning stolen electronics pays for vices of the underground. That and daddy’s credit cards. Risk anything for a hit, sex and drugs, whatever. What ever happened to the business end of all this, buyers and sellers, not just that but some kind of retribution for action, some kind of endnote? What about respect, and admiration and honor among thieves? What ever happened to knowing the score?4
Underground5
Everyone knows everyone, until you ask, then nobody knows nobody. Nobody ever sees or hears anything. We’ve all got connections, this spider web of acquaintances and information. We just keep talking and we ain’t saying nothing.6
Loyalty7
Loyalty can be mistaken for dishonesty; it can also be mistaken for cowardice. I keep me friends close to the heart, a shot at them is a shot me. We’d take bullets for each other. We are loyal to ours, always and unconditionally. The group takes precedence over everything.8
Trust 9
Trust is non-negotiable here. I know the few who hold my best interests -my well being- at heart. I trust the loyal and the liar, because I never wronged them. 10
Revenge11
Mankind never did anything to me. I've got no desire to have a personal, mildly homicidal, vendetta against something/one that has never wronged me. Now the people who have wronged me, that's different.12
Power13
It’s easy to get off on power. This quest for control can drive anyone to extremes. It’s not totally about sex, though most of the time that’s a factor. Sometimes it’s violence for the sake of violence. Sometimes it’s a show of “Look who is dominant now”.14
Murder15
Odds are you’re dead before the sun comes up, but that’s the price we pay. The mantra is something along the lines of, ‘I gotta get outta here before this kills me’. Seldom does that happen.16

I'm not all that sure where you're going with this.
I suppose it could turn into a good thriller or something. In fact it would be an excellent start to something like that but when entering it in a contest you need to explain a bit better.
Good Start!
