Gothic-Fighter Chapter 1- Meeting

People went running throught the streets. No one knew what was chasing them. They only knew it was a monster. It was at least ten feet tall, with darker-than-black fur. Its claws were sharp as daggers, and at least two feet long. Its teeth were sharper than the sharpest swords, and could rip through anything, even metal.1

A small child, at least five, who had gotten seperated from her mother, stood staring at the monster. The child was to afraid to even run. The mother found her child and screamed, "Run Kishu! Please! Run!" The child didn't even here her. He just kept staring up at the monster.2

The monster was about to cut the child into ribbons, when someone swung down from a building, and grabbed the child around the waist. While the person did this, her leg kicked the monster in the chest, while recieving a huge cut down her leg. She didn't even react. As soon as her feet touched the ground, she set the child down, and sent him running to his mother. She spun around to face the creature. 3

Whatever the monster was, it let out a howl so loud, people had to cover their ears. She ran at the monster fastly, her black skirt, and her red hair billowed behind her because of her inhuman speed. Right before she reached the monster she stopped dead. She put her hand to it's chest, and the monster glowed red. It howled in pain, then shattered into millions of pieces. As soon as the remains of the monster touched the ground, they vanished.4

The people of the small town gathered around her. Someone asked,
"Who are you, brave one?" She looked closely at that person and answered, "Know me as Gothic-Fighter, Allison." The woman was awe-struck and asked, "How did you know my name?" Gothic-Fighter just smiled, then dissapeared before the town's very eyes.

I love that hint at the beginning of the sort of era this story is set in. 'Its teeth were sharper than the sharpest swords...' The mention of swords gives me the impression that this is a medieval type story without you even having to say anything further. If that was intentional, nice work! O.o

I love the imagery where the monster shatters into a million pieces, too. Very nice.

Fantastic work, and a great start!
