alright, here's the assignment. because i'm in a generous mood, i'm going to give you a wizard. because i'm pure evil, your wizard won't have any powers. you see, he's been banished from the fantasy world of elves and orcs, to the somewhat less fantastic world of dark age france. he's got to be careful, they burn wizards there. plus, his powers, real enough in the other world, don't exist in this one. now he's just an average guy with a pointy hat and a stick. completly magic-less. satire or serious, it matters not, just write.
