Story Plot1

Killa, while playing watcher for a soon-to-be priestess, Arrya, whom she holds a grudge against, along with Zan, Pina Tim and Tom becomes wrapped up in bringing down a demonic cult. This cult happens to be the same one she and Zan had collapsed five years before. After visiting the seer, Minnokel, Killa and Arrya find they are linked in ways they don't yet understand. Soon the small becomes engulfed in a world-wide political scheme, and find themselves facing the end of the world at the hand of demons.2

Personality: very caring; quick to anger; highly intelligent; holds grudges

Family: mother-herbalist – deceased; father – unknown; sister – minnokel – older – seer
History: Killa was raised by her mother. At the age of 10 her mother was killed by a demonic cult. She and her sister survived on their own for 5 years, at which point they had a fight about Killa becoming a warrior priestess. Killa joined the temple to fight demonic cults.
At the temple she met a boy named Zan, who was a classmate of hers. The two developed a lasting friendship which grew until, for a few years, they were lovers. Together they went on many missions, eventually bringing about the collapse of the cult that killed Killa's mother.
After the collapse of the cult, Killa encouraged Zan to try for a promotion. Zan received the promotion, becoming first male head, an executive position. The strain of their different positions caused their relationship to fall into ruin, and Killa to travel more and more.
Killa has seen her sister once since their fight; to hear a prophecy. The prophecy named Killa the savior of the world, a label Killa refuses to accept.4

Personality: laid back; violent only when necessary; very intelligent and wise
Specialties: tactics; illusion magic; politics
Family: unknown
History: Zan was abandoned as a baby, left on the temples steps. He grew up in the temple, and at age 15 started training as a priest, meeting Killa. Zan fell in love with Killa instantly, but it was a few years before she returned the feeling
Zan trained as a warrior priest and spent 5 years working as her partner, 3 as her lover. HE eventually helped Killa bring down the cult that killed her mother. He then put in for a promotion and became first male head, meaning he became the top male when it came to dealing with temple-goings-on. As first male head, he took on the illusion of an old man, at the urging of the council, the top group of priests and priestesses, to garner more respect. The strain of his job and inability to join Killa on her missions caused the two's relationship to collapse. Zan continues to love Killa and hopes someday they can be lovers once more.5

Family: father – former first male head – deceased; mother – healer
History: Pina grew up with a first male head as a father, making her acceptance into the temple expected. Once trained she became a healer and teacher, accepting many into the academy.
Pina trained both Killa and Zan in the basics of healing magic6

Features: shoulder-length red hair; round face; thin; 5'9”ish
Personality: innocent; pampered
Specialties: yet unknown; possibly combat and attack magic
Family: father – King of Palmar (nation west of temple territory); mother – deceased; 10 siblings - older
History: Arrya grew up in the shadows of her sibling. At the age of 18 she was found by a priest who saw potential in her. She was asked to join the temple, and in hopes of finally leaving her families shadow, she agreed.
Arrya's late trainign was a source of disagreement in the temple, though she received training never the less
By accident, Arrya broke the only remaining keepsake Killa had from her mother. To top it off, Arrya called the trinket meaningless. Since then, Killa has held a grudge toward her.
Arrya was taken under Pina's wing, even though she had no real ability for healing.7

Personality: stoic, silent
Specialties: melee combat
Family: father – unknown; mother – unknown; brother – Tom – twin
History: Not much is known about Tim. He came to the temple with his twin Tom around the time Killa and Zan began training. He is a quiet man who is incredibly intelligent, even if he has a hard time expressing his thoughts. He is a trained fighter who works as a protector for the temple.8

History: Not much is known about Tom. He came to the temple with Tim. He is a highly intelligent man, even if he can't express that. He is a trained fighter, who like his brother, works as a protector for the temple.9
