There was this guy I was going out with. He said he loved me, and our relationship was the only thing good he had. Then I found out he was cheating on me.

Good job! But you shouldn't capitilive words in the middle of a sentence, even known that these are stanzas. You also placed a few commas in the middle of sentences where they shouldn't be. Anyway, stay strong and forget about it! There's more fishies in the sea!
