Hahaha right now, I can understand this.. right now.. my own heart is beating so fast (it's been palpitating since thursday
but I am not worried *might tell you later*)
I have heard from friends and family that the first heartbeat of a child in the womb is one of the most unexplainable joys ever...
I can imagine, since it is a wonder and possibly a miracle that we can HAVE something alive in us (other than parasites, I mean, harhar )
While I agree that it is the sweetest sound... after the last heartbeat.. grah..
A heartbeat is so strong.. friends from nursing classes also told me that listening or keeping track of a dying person's heartbeat is.. just mightily overwhelming. I am glad I took a different college course. x.x
I think I sound like a raving lunatic.. But yeah, I am feeling your writing..

Its's a lovely poem that is so true. I dont usually read poems at all but the first lines grabbed my attention immediately. Nice work!To continue:
