Walking through the store Rachel walked beside Ryan and slid her arm through his2

I hope that when I find a man he is just like you3

If circumstances were different would you even be attracted to a girl like me4

Sure I would Ryan said, you are funny and smart and as cute as can be5

Looking toward the floor do you think Sarah is prettier than me6

What kind of question is that 7

Where is all of this coming from8

And please do not treat me as though I am dumb9

Since I moved into the frat house my freshman year of college 10

Leaving just you and Mom at the house11

I just missed you so badly that I was going out of my head14

I would have done anything to get you to come back home15

When Mom started getting sicker you hung out with us instead16

of drinking with your buddies and chasing other girls17

I liked it when you were with us it felt like a home again18

I never knew that she would get quite that sick you know19

Tears welled up in her eyes I miss her so much20
