Series Two - Part One1

He ran in the paddocks of his Father farm, feeling the rough textured grass rubbing against his bare skin.2

The village had been warned, heeding that the creatures of the night had arisen to the fine occasion of the full moon, and that they were ready to once again fill the century old prophecy of feeding on the innocent, the guilty and those who eagerly awaited their suffocating death.3

These were not the normal kind of flesh eaters, they were worse. Demons possessed inside a humans body. Incubus and succubus preparing to take their victims and drain them of all their sexual energy. Their goal to control and overtake the human race to create an elite specials of the undead .4

He was a willing young lad, one with courage and a sense of adventure. He so blatantly ignored all warnings of the attackers, the hunters that loved to prey of the intellect mind. That fed on fear. He wanted to see them, he wanted to face them, he wanted to live.5

The moon shone through the murky clouds that night, not leaving much light for him to see as he waded his way through the grass, as it began to get higher and thicker.6

Somewhere here he knew there was a bare patch of land, he knew for he had created it himself with the used of his fathers tractor. That little bit of heaven he could seclude himself in to gaze up at the stars. Only this time he had no intentions of star gazing, but every intention of placing himself as the flesh eaters bait.7

He had no life otherwise. His father was an alcoholic, their farm was on the brink of a financial let down. His Mother was no better, abusing herself, harming herself because of his fathers destructive patterns. Somewhere deep inside, he wanted to become their pray, he wanted to become one of them. To be immortal, to succumb to the darkness. To live forever in the shadows, to be invisible from his life.8

He pushed his way through the grass, finding the vacancy he was looking for, and stared up at the secluded sky. He could never tell if there was anything soaring through the sky, he could never tell if his attackers were watching, biding their time for the right moment.9

Though that did not matter to him right now, he was ready and willing. He was patient in waiting. He lay down on the dirt. Ready and willing to succumb to the creatures of the night.

Author notes

This is kind of like the backround story of how Dark One Angel became who he was ^_^ I am not sure where this will go... it might fail miserably ... But I am willing to stick with it bcause I think it has potential

    Hmm... intriguing

This has plenty of potential and the backstory would do wonders explaining his relationship with Marie.

I think this was written brilliantly. Oh my gosh I just love all of the descriptions in it. And it's nice to read some on the dark angel's background. I can see why he wanted to become one of them and leave his old life behind. I would have wanted to as well. Loving this so far. Your writing is the best!!
