One day, the Queen Elizabeth II, George Bush, and the president of Mexico go to hell.1
The devil tells them they can make one last call home, so the Queen goes first.2
She spend 15 minutes talking with everyone and sending instructions of many things, after she finished, she ask the devil how much is the call.3
"It's 20 million pounds." the devil said dryly, the Queen is shocked, 4
"That much! Oh dear." but she pays.5
Next is George Bush, he spends 45 minutes, and then asks the price.6
"It's 50 million dolars." 7
"50 million! This is outrageous!"8
"It's a very long way from hell to there."9
Finally, the president of Mexico gets his turn, he talks for 3 hours straight!10
When he finishes he asks how much is it.11
"Um, that would be $3.47"12
"Only 3 dollars?" the others complain,13
"Yeah," said the devil, "From hell to hell it's a local call."

That is hilarious! *laughs* I expected some kind of George W. joke, but this is better (and much less cliche, these days ). One quick typo I noticed: In the last line, "it's a local call" - "it's" should have the apostrophe, since it's the contraction.
Otherwise, nicely done. Made me smile and giggle!
