That picture, I can’t even look at it. Those eyes, they haunt me, like a melody that hangs in the air long after the notes have been played and I hear it all the time. I tried to throw it out, get rid of it, but I can’t, I just cant, it’s too close, too personal to throw away. So I keep it, hidden but not. I know it sounds crazy, but even though it hurts so much to see it, I need to see it, to remind myself that I am nothing let myself know that without him I have no reason to live. You know… I can still remember that day…1
“Lyd, come on, please! Just one sitting that’s all, and then we can be done and I’ll never ask for another one, not until we’re fifty!”2
“Jake! This isn’t normal! Isn’t it supposed to be the chick that begs for things like this?”3
A blue eyed girl with thin straight hair was being dragged towards a photo booth by a much taller boy slightly curly dark brown hair. He was laughing as he tried to urge her into the booth.4
“Just one, please?”5
“Oh Jake!” he flashed her a handsome boyish grin before pouting and whining “Oh fine!!” she laughed and hugged him “But just this one”6
That memory, that day… it was out 6 month anniversary, and he just wouldn’t stop being so cute, he wouldn’t stop being him, and I could never say no to those beautiful golden brown eyes. Although he lied to me that day, he did ask for more pictures, one for our year, and then our five year, he knew I hated my picture being taken, but for him, I would have done anything, and soon it came to the fact that, I just didn’t mind.7
“Lydia, please, I promise it won’t hurt you hon.” He chuckled and gave that boyish smiled “Beside, its our 5 year in a week, its special, don’t you want to remember?” he asked. A sigh was heard as the girl nodded.8
“Alright Jacob, lets go,” The two sat in the small booth. Jacob reached into his pocket and pulled out a small box, opening it he looked to Lydia. 9
“Marry me?” There was a blinding flash as a picture was taken and tears began to well up in Lydia’s eyes.10
That was the best day of my life, that one day, it was such a sweet day he made everything seem perfect. Just like always, no matter what, when I was with him, the world seemed brighter, a better place to live, nothing was wrong. I should have none it could never last. 11
“Jacob, oh go Jacob please, please don’t leave me, please don’t leave me” She cried holding his hand as he lay in the hospital, heart monitor slowing every minuet it seemed. She cried as the doctor came in.12
“Mama I’m going to have to ask you to leave” 13
The days dragged on and every day Lydia spent in the hospital taking care of Jacob, but his condition only seemed to worsen. As she walked in one day, the doctors stood around the room. Instantly Lydia knew, she knew what had happened and everything in her world stopped. 14

I think you meant known instead of none in the 11th paragraph
This isn't crappy laney. It could use some work. It ends a little suddenly, but it was good.
