Rose, the Rain Girl (Poem)

There are times I find myself
just sitting in the pouring rain
It's like my way of hugging you
when you are so far away1

I can't wait to get home
to see your precious smiling face
You're always in my heart and mind
as you're only a fantasy away2

Rose, you are my rain girl
every drop that falls it makes my day
You are my very loving reason
that I will never wish the rain to go away3

Novy, I have to say you are one of several people why I continued to write. You have always been so encouraging and I have finally branched outward some and that has been alot due to you with me coming back to SWTed E

May get over there to do it, but I have a different idea when it comes to "war" in that particular setting

I will have to say that she has been the heavy influence of my writing and is the reason why I continued to do it as a hobby. I thought about just giving it up several times, so I do owe her more than I can ever repay her in life. Thank you for your heartfelt commentTed E
