I had been on the internet googling Nikki Sixx
and I decided to look for dates for his book signings for The Herione Diaries. I saw that he was going to the Barnes and Noble at Target. I searched for the exact location and even though I live in Ft. Lauderdale, Flordia, I told myself that I was going to go to that book signing and meet this man. Since I got my driver's license three months ago, I could drive there but it would take a couple of days. I didn't care about how long it took to get there, I just wanted to go. Nothing would get in my way, not even my older brother. 2The day before I drove off to New Jersey, I packed up everything that I would need. I had saved up money that I would use for something special and this was the time to use that money. I had a lot of money saved up. I packed my clothes and other stuff. I made sure to bring my Herione Diaries Book with me and my SIXX A.M. CD with me. That night when I thought I was completely ready to leave tomorrow morning at five in the morning, I would have to confront my older brother James in letting me go and I would definately ditch school [which is what I did].3
When I found my brother, he was in the living room holding his now two month old daughter Christine. I nervously went over to him and said to him, 4
"James,you know of Mötley Crüe, right? Well, their bass player Nikki Sixx has written a book called The Herione Diaries and he is going to be at a book signing at Barnes and Noble in Clifton, New Jesery. I was wondering if I could go. I already have my things packed and I'm all ready to go." 5
"I don't know, October. It's awfully far away. How do you expect to get there?" He replied to what I said to him.6
"I have my driver's license and my own car. I really want to go, please? I know it's a major thing to ask of you but can I please go? I'll keep in touch with you and take pictures." I stated. 7
"What if something happens to you?" He asked. 8
"I'll drive safe. I promise." I answered. 9
"Why don't you just wait until he comes to Florida?" 10
"He may not. This is a one time opportunity. I swear that I'll never ask this kind of a major question ever again." I said. 11
"What about school?" He asked with a firm voice. 12
"I'll make it up when I get back." I answered his question. 13
"If I tell you yes, then will you get out of my face?" He said. 14
I jumped up with excitment. "Yes! Thank you James!" 15
At five in the morning, I got everything ready, grabbed my suit cases, got in my car, and hit the road. I got on the highway at 5:12 a.m. 16

I made it to New Jesery before the end of the week (I left on Monday and I stopped motels and for food and bathroom breaks along the way). When Saturday came, I went into Clifton, NJ and found Barnes And Noble there. 18
I got there 9:01 am and I had to wait in line with my SIXX AM CD and my Herione Diaries book. I would have to wait in line for the next four hours. Ever hour that I had to wait in line for was worth it. I was towards the back of the line but when the line moved up and as I got closer to Nikki Sixx, I tensed a little. I was very nervous. 19
When it was my turn, I went up to him gave him my copy of his book and CD and then I said to him, 20
"Hey Nikki, how are you?" 21
He looked up at me and replied, "I'm doing great. How are you?" 22
While he said that, he had his gorgeous smile on his face. I froze up for a few seconds. I couldn't beleive that I was standing right before him. He asked me, 23
"Are you okay?" 24
When he asked me that question, he had a bit of concern in his voice. 25
"Yeah, of course." I answered. He made me feel like I was the only girl in the room. I wished that I was the only girl there but I really wasn't. 26
He got done signing my book and CD. He was charming, sweet, funny, and a great guy. He suddenly took my right hand and held it tight. I died inside when he touched my hand and held it. 27
"Thanks for coming and being here. I appreicated it a lot." Nikki said to me with a smile. 28
As I was about to leave, he gave me the biggest hug I have ever received. He wrapped his arms around me and I hugged him back. I thought I would die. He smelled amazing and his hair was awesome. He was so freaking hot and it almost seemed unreal of how sexy and gorgeous this man was. 29
I walked with my book and CD with a huge unremoving smile on my face. I would never forget this day. 30
