Dogie Tales Part 1

I walked outside and the smells of winter hit me full in the nose. The hard snow crinkled under my paws as I walked on it. My owner walked somewhere behind listing to the black object that had music come out of it. 1

I really didn't care where she was if she didn't bother me and my smelling. It really bugs me when a human pulls on your leash and says come in such a stern voice. Who would want to come? Well with most comes there is a treat for the dogie who comes!2

All of the sudden I smelled another dog. I was on the other dog's property. It meant trouble if the dog was outside. I smelled it was a huge dog and cause I'm a small tiny chihuahua the other dog will totally be mad! I pulled on my owners leash so she would hurry up and walk away from the others dog's property. 3

But then I heard a growl from behind the house. That growl was my cue to run. I started running and pulling my owner with me. But as I was so small I did nothing and she just walked as slow as ever. I heard another growl and then the dog came out behind from the house. 4

I was so relieved that the actual dog was a small pudgy pug that was overweight. 5

Hi I said to the dog. It answered with a gruff hello. I knew I would not make a new friend here so I walked away from him and went back on walking on the side walk. The only problem was I really had to go and the only part that had no snow on it was on the pug's property. He seemed a lot more feirce than me so I would have to hold it in.6

My owner started pulling on the leash. Well my ten minuets outside were pleasant. The only problem is I still had to go and we were ready to go home! Ugh! Couldn't the woman wait up and let me go to the bathroom? So I hurried to a patch of grass that was on my territory and started to go. Then I noticed a little girl on the sidewalk stare at me! Couldn't she give a dog some privacy! I turned at her and started growling! The girl soon ran away and I finished doing what I needed and then walked home.7

At home I snuck into the little girls room and jumped up on the bed and lay down. The girl was not home so I would have no trouble taking a nap here. I snuggled to the pillow and was ready to close my eyes when the cat jumped up on the bed and started watching me. I looked up at it.8

What do you want? I asked the old cat.9

I want you to leave my nap place! I don't sleep with dog! Exceptionally with dirty dogs like you! The cat said. I was mad at what it had said at me! I was not a dirty dog. I looked more like a diva that a dirty dog. The dirty dog would be like the dog that lived across the street. I was so opposite of that dog! But to not make the cat unhappy and get in a fight I walked out of the room growling at the cat a little. 10

I then walked downstairs. Maybe I would get some good food there. I first sniffed out the smell of cooking. The big lady was cooking again. I begged for food from her and she poured some disgusting dryt food in my dish. Doesn't anybody like change in this house!? Ugh! Oh whatever, I still ate the food. Food was food. I ate any kind of food really. Not after that I was totally bored and had nothing to do!
