You're (You Are)

You’re a little black hole, empty, shady, and deep. You can say you can crawl out but you can only accomplish two things: pulling more dirt in with you and dirty black fingernails. Too bad there’s nowhere to wash up. You’ve been in there so long there is hardly a soap strong enough to clean you. You always did think you were a dirty scoundrel and now… you kind of are.1

You’re like a shooting star with a glittery end floating over our heads. You soar by all shimmery and allowing everyone to make their wishes and hopes and dreams on you and you always let them down. They stay up waiting and wishing for you to just satisfy a wish. Whether their wish is to see you or make a wish, you’ll never know. That’s why you’re like a shooting star, someday no one will be able to believe you or count on you.2

You’re like a traveling circus among your friends. We “ooh” and “ahh” at your hysterity and psychotics but you still leave. We congratulate your successes and market your gratuity but yet we’ll see ya next season. You fall in love in every town and you also break heart. I know when you lie to me.3

    i loved this but i think in my humble opinion and i am dead bossy and a bit of a know it all wot doesnt really know anything but i am trying to give you an honest response....i think it should have ened on @I know when you lie cos that just seemed so right and its such a killer line to finish on...liked the rest of it though i thinnk you just need to swap that line to the end...i know i would but then what the heck do i know i hardly write anything these days i have lost the knack...great write i am glad i came along to read it and i am going to read some more of your stuff...
