We all stood there in the spotlight, all feeling pretty much like we wanted to hide in a shell. I glanced over at my friend Kelly, and she grimaced back. I tried had not to make a face back, afterall, we were on stage. 2

"Liiiiiight the candles, see the liiiiiiiight! Hey!"3

We were all glad to be finally done. I was probably the happiest one to be done, one more concert done with. One more to go. Preforming for the seventh grade was a killer. The worst part. . what was mike going to think about me? "I know everyone hates the chorus. . maybe he feels different. . "I tried to convince myself. Why was I even thinking about him anyways? "He always dissed me, and i hate him. . and yet, i really wanted him to ask me out. . he is sooooo popular, and funny at times. ." What was i thinking? I asked my friend Sally, and she said;"Kathryn, you are merely being a girl." "oh, yeah, then being a girl stinks!" I shouted back.4

My life is TERRIBLE at the moment.

    I'm sorry you feel this way now....but I honestly don't know what to say because of the fact I have no freakin clue who any of these peoples are. and I don't know anyone who hates the chorus, maybe that's a word of uplifting spirits...maybe.

      This time it's you who jumped to conclusions. I'm not talking about Adrian. I'm talking about another guy on Ivory, and I'm pretty sure you don't know him, and yes, he does diss me all of the time. oh, and the liiiights are at the end of the song.

        I just think that the liiiiiiiiights are a little bit excessive & makes it harder to read is all. Are you having a bad day? You aren't generally this snappy.
