I click the link1
I click the link2
but really, can you tell that I am on the brink3
If I face another blog trite4
Erudite flight, might, convey that I'm the best upon this night5
This night of fright, cos I really might see a competition that I like6
A web place that seems alright7
and so upon this night, I fly my poetic kite8
Send my words soaring on until the light; the light of day..... daylight!9
I'm a master of the word I am10
& take over the world is my plan11
I'll write it how I'd like it to be12
& sod James Bond, he's so bloody English13
So bloody twee14
but not me, oh no, I'm like Selecta, Bo15
A cheeky chappy a northern bloke16
& like all else here I'm writer folk17
Oh take me out tonight18
because I want to see people & I want to see write19
Oh writing in your blog, but please don't take me home20
because it's not my blog, it's their blog & I'm welcome no more21
& if a double decker bus, 22
crashes into ya23
you know that you've read the writing that comes from my hands24
& if a ten ton truck25
smashes into ya26
the write from my hand, 27
well the pleasure the privilege is mine28
There is the write and it never wears out29
There is a write that I'll never get out30
