I'm a girl. And I entered this contest because it was a fantastic idea, and becuase of the challenge to say so much in one sentence, but that's really what writing is about.

Very true. No spelling or grammar errors...though with one sentence, it shouldn't be hard to not mess that stuff up, right?
One suggestion...instead of a comma, perhaps a dash or a semi colon would work better. I liked the emotion behind it and you presented your provoking idea in an original and interesting way that took advantage of a good vocab.
