Stormy weather

I had this dream last night. It was vague and long. I dreamt I was standing beside a freeway. I was walking away from a large stone arena.  I noticed a large fence that enclosed a group of houses. I noticed some people about my age (I'm 21) running around in a panicked state. One man came toward me and we exchanged some nervous small talk. He then went on to say tell me about a weather storm. He told me that the weather would look normal for a cloudy day. He went on to say that the danger were these wind gusts. He said if you weren't’t anchored to something and the wind hit you it could kill you before you hit the ground. His friends called us over and they anchored us to a metal fence. I stared at the stone building before clinging to the fence. 1

The dangerous wind blew so hard that it sounded like an explosion when it hit the stone building. When the first wind died down we assisted the injured by anchoring then. We tried to anchor ourselves again but not everyone made it. Including me. Then I woke up2
