“Wolf, not to question your professionalism, but are you sure Raven is going to be alright?”2

“Well, Scott, she has a shotgun wound piercing her right shoulder and minor tissue and nerve damage.”3

“Umm that doesn’t sound good.”4

“Well it isn’t good, but she is stable and the shotgun round missed her heart and lungs; so as I have already stated, Scott, she is going to be just fine.”5

“Oh ok; I was just asking.”6

“Well if you need me I’ll be repairing as much of the tissue damage as possible.”7

“Um ok, Wolfy.”8

Abruptly after Wolf heard Scott’s smart ass remark, Scott was on the floor held at his mercy.9

“Let me tell you something, Shades, if you ever call me Wolfy again you will be so torn up that only I will know which end your face was on.”10

“Sheesh, you let Raven call you Wolfy.”11

“Hmm did you ever think that I allow her to call me Wolfy because I love her?12

Shortly after his enraged question towards Scott, he noticed Raven, through the corner of his nocturnal dark green eyes, walking out of the med lab wrapped tightly in a towel held firm by her soft aquamarine colored hand.13

“Nope I thought you let her call you Wolfy because she hopped into the shower with…14

Before Scott could squeeze out the last word of his sentence he felt this hot piercing sensation in his left cheek. 15

“Wow ok Raven, remind me never to piss you off.”16

“Too late Wolfy.”17

She shook her head disapprovingly at Wolf, then as if she had made up her mind she flung her open hand at Wolf's black fur-covered cheek.18

WHACK!19

“Damn Raven; what did I do?”20

“You just couldn't keep your mouth shut you just had to tell Scott that I took a shower with you; what are you going to tell him when we have sex next!”21

“No I love your late night visits too much to betray you like that and I didn’t tell him about the shower, Raven.”22

“Really, Wolfy, then who told him then, one of the students?”23

“I don’t know who told him, Raven, but I swear on my fur that it wasn't me wasn’t me.”24

“Raven, Scott insisted, he didn’t tell me about the shower, I saw you go into the bathroom, I knew Wolf was in there because he pulled a muscle in his left shoulder that day and he said he was going to take a shower to sooth it a bit.” 25

Raven gave Wolf her I'm-so-sorry-please-forgive-me look and kissed him gently on the same cheek she had slapped.26

"Wolfy, honey, did that girl ever clean her room out?"27

"Actually, Raven, I don't know if she did, I was so worried about you that I had forgotten all about her."28
