Long ago..., in place far away in another dimension
lived a being, who so twisted in his mind felt he was the greatest gift to mankind.His name was Legend, and well known in fact he became, but not for compassion he craved the fame that his name would help him gain.
and so begins our journey back in time to where it all started,come with me and bear witness to one who
would become:LEGEND! 1

"I am what you wish to be5

Adulation of others bestowed upon me.6

The sparkle in their eyes, as I rise7

They come as no surprise. Acute minds fumbling8

With a thought, for me it was given9

For them bought. Try that you might measure up10

Don’t waste time you’re out of luck. Just sit, wait11

And see, might have time if you pay the fee."12

"Greatness is only reserved for a few...13

Since you’ve heard it from me, you know it’s true.14

Darkness becomes overwhelmed by my light15

Walking amongst the inferior is my plight.16

Stand and behold ,do as your're told,and17

This as it so happens is the start of his quest,he refused to give up,wouldn't let it rest til he felt all the townsfolk would kneel before him at his behest.he feels his power grow each time he'd address all who would cower in sight of this being who only was just beginning to realize his power!

"Hear ye!, hear ye!... I’m back! Come see!24

Are you surprised?, I know that you missed me.25

Last time I came,I gave you a whiff;26

Of how it feels to behold one who has such a gift..27

This time around, I’ll leave you spellbound!28

Now for a short time all was looking up but you know how things go,soon the people were out of luck. for word spread around, like fire through a burning bush, they had fear that"HE" would soon return, and that time was getting near. 65

On one cold brisk October morn; abruptly HE has returned. 69

Neophytes and Infidels listen closely,because his reputation’s well earned 70

He is the one they call the legend , whose propensity for world dominion... 71

“Yes, that is correct , my eminence is long standing and in fashion 73

bringing it back once again to satiate your burning passion! 74

Though I’ve filled your mind before with knowledge bit- by- bit... 75

I saw you staring glossy-eyed n’ scratching your head like the pieces didn’t fit! 76

The wisdom that I disseminate all across the atmosphere… 77

okay now here's where this story gets kinda intriguing, and somewhat prophetic dude is about to meet his match,a lesson?,he's about to get!96

Once again, in a dimension far, far away.an epic battle of two "LEGENDS" took place, and each had their say.
One was revered, kind, and soft-spoken..., just a mild mannered dude.
The other?, abrasive, pompous, shifty,and down right rude!
Now listen closely to what I’m about to relay,The two crossed paths on one fateful day: 97

Time goes on, for the townfolk their lives they maintain, then seemingly out of nowhere, someone new
arrived; his name was Terrain. Not much was known about him but one thing seemed clear,he was on a mission to find a being called legend living here.149

Terrain: LEGEND, I have been sent to you by people concerned. They worry about your ranting and what you haven’t earned.151

There has been talk by some that you’re going to get your turn. LEGEND, I am called “Terrain”, but I’m not here to reign. 152

I was urged to come to you, that perhaps you’d refrain. You have apparently been trying to live up to your name. And this would have been fine, if you had kept it tamed.153

Sir, I beg you: consider your course. Your counsel has abandoned you after their throats got hoarse. Maybe it’s time that you and your ego divorce.154

I see how high you’ve risen, as you survey your land. And I am Terrain, with my sifting sands. You have rose up from me and see us under your feet; yet, I can shift the ground around so your feet won’t meet.155

It’s not surprising that I’ve heard of you. You’ve crushed so many under your shoe. I have traveled a great distance hearing your rants.156

And though others desire it, I haven’t come to make you pant. You are obviously delusional and your speech is crazed. Trust me, you don’t have people amazed.157

LEGEND: How dare you! Do you know who I am?158

Terrain: Please Mr. LEGEND, pretend you’re a clam. I want you to know that your time has come; you’re about to be undone. You speak with a big voice like every man’s your son. I believe you were cast off by your only one.159

Understand that the path you're on, there is no gain. You’re thrashing down the wrong lane. I am aware that you challenged your ‘own name’, and I want to assure you, I bring to you, a different game. 160

O’ ancient one, you’ve been around a long time. Queer how the sky even tells about your crimes. Sir, you’re like a plague across these lands. With your single-minded aim to, ‘collect’ more fans.161

Some of your self-indulgencies are prompting your love for some minion to drink from your shoe. Sir, you don’t even love you…162

The thing about it, you’re spent your whole existence, attracting others around. Ironically though (like in your case), sometimes you have to lose yourself, before you’re found.163

I found my father’s old ‘Garrison’ because I’m ‘belting’. I brought a large wick and candle mold; for when you start melting. You will be revived and renewed when the clouds cry down the rain. Open your eyes and marvel that there’s so much more terrain. 164

An old villager shuffles forward and was filled with mirth’: 165

Old Villager: Hooray! Hooray! We can once again feel proud of our turf!166

LEGEND: Silence, surf!167

Terrain: Sir, turn down your reproach. This man’s not coached. Give it a try, it won’t hurt to be pleasant.168

LEGEND: Terrain look around, I don’t need these peasants!169

Terrain; Listen, I could save you a trip and whistle for your metal steed. And send you off with my ‘grow-anywhere’ terrain-seeds.170

Maybe it could gallop you to the future where there’s something called “trains”. And you’d survey the land and see healthy terrain.171

Look around LEGEND, you’ve lost your rank; no one’s willing to follow; go visit your other namesake, at “Sleepy-Hollow”…172

And so it goes as with many a thing,173

legend has found a new adversary, he decided he'd sting...174

LEGEND:"HA HA!... TRAIN?, IS THAT WHAT YOU SAY IS YOUR NAME?175

LISTEN LITTLE MAN WHILE I SPELL OUT THIS GAME!176


I'M NOT ONE YOU WANT TO APPROACH WITH SUCH BLIND BRAVADO177

I'M LEGEND! AND HERE FOLKS SPEAK MY NAME AS IF IT'S THEIR MOTTO!178

I CAN'T HELP BUT TO LAUGH WHEN YOU TRY TO PRESUME179

YOU WANT TO TRY AN USURP ME? THEN YOU ARE A BUFFOON!"180


NOW BEGONE!, WHILST I TRAVEL ON TO THINGS THAT LEAVE ME AMUSED.181

AND REMEMBER THAT ON YOU WAY,I LEFT YOU FEELING SO CONFUSED,182

YOU'RE HEART SICK AND DON'T KNOW HOW YOU'LL CARRY ON...183

HEY I GOT AN IDEA!, GO FIND THE OTHER "legend's' SHOULDER TO CRY ON!184

Terrain just stands there looking,for a moment he seems amazed...
how the hell can someone be this way? he thinks... is he crazed?185

Terrain: Was I left Confused? Heck, I’m even a little amused. No one will cry for you LEGEND and I see why and can’t pretend. You are a lonely soul and unless you change, this is how it’ll end.186

Legendary lessons in lore, to you must have been a bore.
You’ve sunk to a pitiful state and your incessant babbling makes me want to snore.187

LEGEND, you’re finished. You can barely stand one more shot in your gut; your past is a cashed check and your future is in a rut. I’m putting your mouth in prison and fixing a lock on your tongue. Your brain is diseased like it’s been soaked in dung.188

Sir, where I’m smooth in some places, I’m rough in others. You get intoxicated from your own words, everyone has heard. So, you’ve deserved the curve that’s coming.189

Mr. Legend, words can really hurt and I wondered about yours since you’re a high-minded fellow. I suppose myself a lucky person—because what you say impacts like marshmallows.190

You fancy yourself tough with your slingshot style of attack. You’d be better at sneaking up on me and scratching me on my back. You have made yourself happy by believing all of your delusions. 191

However, even characters that actually were powerful, fell like curtains at their conclusion. 192

CONFUSION would probably be a more fitting name for you since it’s what you suffer from. You use a lot of big words but unfortunately; being discarded has left you numb.193

And for a moment there's an eerie stillness in the air;
and if one didn't know any better they'd say LEGEND was in despair
then as he begins his retort a small band of villagers appear
"Look here, look here!" they shout out in unison
"The one our people truly revere, the real legend is here!"
Without a second to comprehend what is going on,
a flash of light emits and Terrain n his antagonist, LEGEND is gone!
So as the people's "true" legend makes his entrance to try and state his case
the astonished townsfolk move towards him with disbelief on their face.
legend 2: "Now now folks don't look so confused, I'm aware of what you witnessed
and I assure you it wasn't magic just a simple parlor trick I used.
you see what many of you saw I'm sure you're not aware
It was I who sent them away for now , merely with a stare"
I only wanted to be careful and remove them from this place
now it is time I go join them, to try and unify our race."194

And with that brief yet, intrigueing appearance, the people's legend has also left
with a flash of light , that brightens the night he too joins the others
leaving the people who witness this TO USE AS fodder to spout to their brothers.
they head back down road towards a bustling part of the village
and began to tell their brethren of the things they saw and felt privilaged.
Now we them there with their stories of which none could really understand
and we look now to our trio, who are about to meet and one is not a man!195

legend 2: Ah Terrain?, is it? , hello kind sir I'm pleased to make your acquintance
It's apparent you've met my friend and I've learned you were serving him his come uppance"
It's fine though because unbeknownst to you or him I've decided to handle this matter myself
lest you think I'm speaking and know not what I say, look around and see you now reside in my house".
Terrain does just that and wonders where in the world has he gone, then catches a glimpse of legend
and notices he's in a catatonic-like state!, he turns quickly to face the one called legend too...
but is shocked to see him morphing into a creature that looks somewhat like a shrew!196

Terrain: Huh, what sort of trickery is this? To vanish like so, against my wish…who or what may I ask, are you?197

LEGEND seems immobilized and I have just realized the battlefield is gone.
And apparently, from the looks of it, it’s dawn. So please explain quickly. Ordinarily, my patience is long. And move slowly, or someone will be singing your song.198

If you have assailed Mr. LEGEND this way, what do you have in mind for me today? These questions beg answers before the rising of the son and mind your motions, because I’m no one’s victim—I don’t run.199

I pray you don’t think that I’m your prey; trust me, you’d be in for a surprise. As I previously warned LEGEND, I can shift the ground before your eyes. So rise shape-shifter or whatever you are.200

How did you transport me and dim this ‘false-star’?201

All the while back at the village the few folks that witnessed what had transpired
were busy correlating to the others their take on the legend they so admired.203

"I swear this and I say it's true the three just poof! disappeared out of the clear blue
now where they went we do not know, but I believe our savior cast away our threat
and he's probably feeling deep regret for treating us all with such disdain
and oh I bet he's great great pain!"204

the villagers all stand up and begin to cheer , hip hip hooray for our hero came here!"
and as they carry on like that til the early dawn
we now peek in on the three that have gone.205

legend:"relax my friend", he starts to say while once again morphing into a figure old and gray.
"I'm no threat to your well being, I assure you that merely a shape-shifter who wears a big hat.
My reason for transporting the two of you had less to do with me or you.
It is one who lays so prone and unaware that forced me to use my mind's eye stare.
You see I've been empowered by one truly most high
to see if I could come salvage this guy, and bring him back from beyond a realm of darkness
within himself he's trapped inside an astral world and as the portal closes tighter he becomes more heartless."206

Terrain just listens intently as legend recants the tale of how this all became a story of the mighty verses the frail.
during witch time the false LEGEND begins to finally stir, awaken now yet mind in a blur.207

LEGEND: "I KNOW NOT WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO ME,
BUT I PROMISE YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU SEE.SURELY Y OU'RE AWARE
I WILL SOON BREAK FREE FROM THIS SPELL
AND CAST UPON A FURY FROM HELL!"208

Interrupted by the bellowing of the beligerent tyrant,legend swiftly raises his arms up high
then in a chant indescernable by either observer, causes the false LEGEND to suspend in the sky.
