In the Path of Danger--Chapter One

I stand on the cliff's edge,watching the blood red sunset sink into the ocean.As an orange ball dunks itself into a layer of blueness,it begans to bleed purple and pink into the cloudless sky.Only a white,cresent shaped moon hangs in the sky.There are no stars tonight.The day grows old as it gives birth to a young night.A small,bearly-there smile tugs at the corners of my mouth.A sterling silver cross hangs from a chain that slithers around my neck.A blood red ruby is stuck dead in the middle of it.1

I turn my back to the bleeding sky and face the trail back to the city.My boots crunch the pebbles and gravel beneath their thick soles.I am dressed in black,tonight.My shirt says:'You laugh at me because I am different.I laught at you because you're all the same.'My pants are cargo style,decked with chains that make a clink-clink sound when I walk.I wear a pair of hoops in my ears and a pair of studs.In my right upper ear,there is a spike ball.A gleaming sterling silver cross hangs from a chain that slithers down my neck.A ruby sits in the midlle of it.My bright emerald green eyes glisten with mystery.You could call me a rebel and a tomboy.Attitude was my middle name.I appear to be of my early 20s,young and beautiful.But really,I am 50 centuries old.Looks are decieving.Blond hair,with chestnut streaks,is pulled back into a long ponytail.My name is Sonsko.My last name,I feel it is not time to give out.To whom I send this words out is a mystery.I feel it is time,though.2

My eyes,I suppose,are the most capturing,mysterious thing about me.They are deep and endless.Rare mortals can see my soul.I have an auroa upon me...It is a mixture of mystery and power...3

The sky darkens as I head to the city.I walk down Main and turn the corner down Main.Crossing an intersection,I walk to the corner of Dark and Goth....4
