Apathy1
Websters dictionary defines apathy as: Lack of interest or concern, especially regarding matters of general importance or appeal; indifference.Lack of emotion or feeling; impassiveness. 2
What moves an apathetic person? Nothing. For nothing is more sad, and more alone then apathy. Feeling nothing is worse then feeling pain, then feeling sadness. To feel nothing is to know that there is nothing to feel. That everything that others have emotion toward is futile. That is the scariest thing that I can imagine. That is the scariest thing that I know. If your own words don't scare you, then nothing that I write will.3

Amazing ;)
W-O-W!
I happen to love the word apathy. I learned it from a jerk who thought he could break my heart. Little did he know, it had already been broken, and nothing he could do could make me feel anything... first he said he felt apathy. Then he later broke down because he couldn't stand MY apathy... I love that word. And I loved this write. It was..... I don't know what word to describe how I feel for this. It is beyond fantastic.... overwhelmingly touching.... AWESOME WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved this. I absolutely loved it. I can't stay I loved it enough... it was soo... amazing. Scary isn't it?? How much I liked it? LoL... It just touched me. -

That is an interesting point of view. I, myself have at times yearned for apathy, because with apathy there is no pain, no sadness, no anxiety. But then when I felt it, I felt I had lost a peice of my humanity. It is incredibly lonely to feel nothing, isn't it? Anyway, thanks for giving me something to think about!
