Mystery Story part 2; Break Up

Ok, that whole last chapter, was just basically to introduce people, now to the real stuff.1

So, where was I? Right. . .Molly nad I were in the McDonalds and we saw Ben, her new bf. And they were in the closet. . ok. . .2

So after about 10 minutes of talking to Kim, I yelled, "Molly, GET OUT OF THE CLOSET!" That would have been way embarrassing if anyone had actually been in the McDonalds, but no one was, so it was cool. The closet door flies open and a very distracted, and almost drunk looking Molly stepped out, with hair wispies all over her face, she looked as though she had never heard of a hairbrush. Yuck. Not about the hair, but about the fact that she had to be doing something pretty nasty to GET that kind of hair. 3

OK. . . . .on the next, not so wierd part. 4

"So Molly, what happened?" I cornered her after she had ran out of the closet crying. "HE BROKE UP WITH ME!" Molly said in an outburst of passion. "OOOOOOOh, that's too bad." I comforted. This news was really wierd, since Ben was obviously very much in love with Molly. "Molly, tell me excactly what he said, maybe you had a misunderstanding." "I'm sure we didn't, but I'll tell you anyways," She said tearfully. "Once he had me in the closet, he kissed me, but only once, and then he said he loved my very much, but he had to break up with me. I asked him why and he said it was because of personal circumstances. I really didn't get that. He said he was in love with two people, one was me, and the other was. . ." Her voice drifted off. "WHO!" I nearly shouted. "It's. . .um. . " tears were welling up in her eyes, "he loves Kim too. 5

"He told me he was asking her out, after we left. It was pure coincidence that I ran out of the closet when you called. I was so sad, and my hair was all ruffled up from the stupid coats in the stupid closet!" she had totally exploded. "They're first date is tomorrow if she says yes. On the lake where our first date was, and now he's taking the little brat there! She doesn't deserve him. "Molly, do you know what I'm thinking?" I asked her. "Probably not." She said. "I'm thinking we should spy in that date tomorrow," I said. "Wow, I love the way you think." Molly said, happier now.6
