Murder on 36th Street

I didn’t think that I would ever become a serial killer, but then again, I never thought I’d become an ex murderer and look where I am now. I have been killing for my whole life! I have done it since my dad has killed my mom. I was 13 at the time and thought it was OK. I killed 17 women and killed 2 men. I killed them because they never respected me for who I was. So when I did that he police never suspected me. The once they did was because I didn't see one person standing there watching around the corner. HE told the police it was me. I was sent to jail after court that took 3 weeks. I was on bail for $5,000,000. When my dad found out he said he was proud of me. 1

Now I sit and wonder why I ever did that. I got out of jail 3 years ago. I haven't killed anyone since. I've been working to keep my house. I have never had a girlfriend. I have never had a friend. I would love to have one. I have no time though I need the money to keep the house I pay $3,000 a month for it and I only make $100 an hour. I work about 78 hours a week so I can also pay for food and all the other stuff. 2

One day while watching the news I saw that a girl age 17 had been kidnapped and they were asking anyone for information. About 2 days later the police come knocking on my door. I answered and they said they had a search warrant to look in my house. I answered every question truthfully. Then when they were finished they asked were is she? I had no idea who they were talking about then I figured that they were talking about the girl on the news. I told them i didn't have her. They said they would be back. Two days later they came back and said they were sorry for the mix up but they did find her alive last week. I was glad but they had this look in their face that they knew it was me. When they left I called the station and told the chief that they threatened me. He said sorry for that. He said that will never happen again.3
