I really like how you interpreted this song. It is a great song and I think you took a step in the dark by trying to develop a story about it because of how its meaning can be manipulated depending on personal experiences, but you succeeded and I am sure anyone who has heard the song will agree with me that you have pretty much gotten it right.

thanks, it took me awhile to find a meaning in it. I made it take place in lisbon, not because of the lyrics but because it was written in Lisbon. I heard Amy Lee got very depressed while on tour there and just started writing this
