Almost like a quiver in his bones, he starts to fall apart.
Not because he's in pain (physically nor mentally), but because he never realized how brutal reality could be. To love someone you've respected and cared for over many years, is quite a surprising discovery. Celebrity or not.
His skin, younger and paler, much like his eyes were appearing. A softer gaze in his eyes, gentler than his sharp tongue, which he often used to his own enjoyment. There was something different about him and the way he moved. His smile, seemingly more graceful, his eyes, more innocent than not, and his hands, often compared to those of a child, it all engulfed his soul.

The other, a kindred spirit and an athlete, was leaving his mark in the heart of his younger friend. That was, just by being himself, just by laughing loudly, just by caring like he always did. The way he was naturally seemed to swallow up all the pain in the world, devouring the struggles of everyday life and pursuing people to live on through the hard times.
The younger man, more than aware of this quality, couldn't help his heart from beating faster and harder, once in his presence. Palpitations and dizziness struck him, just thinking about touching the rough exterior of such a delicate soul.

Unknowingly, they had fallen for each other.
In real life, unlike fairy tales, love was not always the most conventional matter. It wasn't always how we anticipated it to be, and hardly ever how it was depicted. Sometimes, your heart needed release and decided your path for you. No matter whom the person may have been.
Like a match made in heaven, as corny as it appeared, these two young men loved being together. But it recently became more difficult, more awkward, just more......uncomfortable.
It was a strange chemical unbalance, this feeling, this love.
