Changes

No one may know excatly what you are going through now, but we are here to help. You hold it all in, until you explode. Your knees buckle under you as you crumble to the ground, sobbing in frustration. You look in the mirror, seeing to person you have become. Your face red from crying so hard and long, your body crumpled in a mess beneath your weight, your eyes filled with anger, hatred, frustration and fear. Your mental state must be as bad as your physical state looks, you think as you sit there looking at the person staring back at you.

You feel as if you have nobody to turn to in this world, like no one cares at all for you. That's not true. Your parents care, your sister cares, your friends care. And I care, more then you might know. If you feel as if your suffacating and need time and space to think, we will give you time and space all you have to do is ask. If you don't ask we will never know and you won't get what you want. You have people to talk to, don't make the pain inside you make you numb. Don't feel as if you are buired underneath the wieght of the world, or the wieght of anything else for that matter. You will destroy yourself as well as the ones around you.

You are stronger then you may think, believe that. I believe it. You have the strength inside of you to make it through this, you always have, you just may not have known it. You just need a push in the right direction and on the right path. And I'm here to shove you down that path if nessacery. Always remember that.
