“That one I can’t answer, you’ll have to ask him yourself” He stood up and walked out of the room, I didn’t know what else to do so I followed him. “Go change, you’ll find some clean clothes in the closet. We’re going out” I stared at him confused, I didn’t understand why they were taking me out with them. I didn’t want to anger him so I did as he said. I went into the bedroom and looked through the clothes in the closet. I decided on a red halter-top and a pair of black jeans. I pulled my hair up into braided pigtails and pulled on a pair of converse. Once I was satisfied with how I looked, I walked out of the door. Again I was nearly scared to death by the fourth guy, whose name I didn’t know. “Follow me, Patrick and the rest are waiting outside” “What’s your name?” “What? My name? Charlie, now come on they’re not going to wait much longer” I wasn’t sure what to say, so I followed Charlie into the hallway and down a set of stairs. When we got outside, Patrick, Joshua, and Andrew were all standing by their own separate cars. "Uh? Where are we going?" "That's not important, come on you're riding with me" Patrick opened the door behind him and motioned for me to get in. I looked over at Andrew and he just shrugged. I didn't have much of a choice, so I got into the passenger's seat. The air in the car was everything but comfortable, neither of us said a word and I stared out the window at the setting sun. "Beautiful isn't it? The sun, this is the only time that I can look at it without dying" I looked over at him, but he was staring at the road. "Were you born a vampire?" He stayed silent but instead pulled into a parking lot of what looked like a broken down warehouse. "Stay close and you won't get hurt" He got out and came around to my side of the car and opened the door. "Why are we going to an abandoned warehouse?" Joshua and Charlie started laughing and I looked over at Andrew, confusion all over my face. "This is the Warehouse, it's a really famous club. Patrick knows the owner and can get us in for free" I followed them to the door, where a fierce looking vampire stood. "Hey Pat" "Maurice" Patrick walked right in and I followed the other three. I could hear protests of "Hey!" and "Why do they get in and not us?!" Followed by Maurice telling them to shut up. As soon as we walked into the building, I was blasted with loud upbeat music. I noticed that everyone was staring at me as we walked by, the females glaring daggers at me and the males were practically undressing me with their eyes. I nearly had a heart attack when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. "Don’t do anything stupid, these people will kill you in a heartbeat" Patrick glared at the men and they all turned back to what they were doing. He led me to a table in the far back corner, where Joshua, Charlie, and Andrew were sitting. I was stuck sitting between Patrick and Andrew. "Why did you guys bring me with you?" I looked over at Andrew waiting for an answer, but it was Joshua who answered. "Because we don’t want you taking off while we're out. We'd rather not be found by your little army" "Why would I send the army after you guys?" They all looked at me like I'd turned into some kind of monster. "Why wouldn’t you? We've kidnapped you" Before I could say anything, everyone except Andrew got up and walked in different directions. "How's Your Neck feeling Amelia?" "Much better. Andrew?" "Hmm?" "Why did you bring me back to your house, why didn’t you just let me leave?" "I don’t know, I didn’t want you to send the Royal Army out looking for us" I could tell that he wasn’t telling me the entire truth but I didn’t want to push it. At that moment a woman came up to us, she looked pissed. "So you’re the woman that thinks she can take my Andy away from me!" "Marnie" "Shut it Andrew, I just wanted to see who you dumped me for" "But I.." She didn’t let him finish what he was saying, she leaned back and slapped him. She stomped off cursing under her breath. "Who was that?" "My ex, word of advice never date a Siren. They're beautiful, but man do they get jealous easily" I stifled a laugh as Patrick walked up with some blonde bimbo on his arm. "Hey Pat who's the chick?" "Emiline, She's from The Royal City" I instantly knew what he meant when he said the royal city. She was a mortal. I shuddered, she was a beautiful girl and I didn’t understand why she was out here. I wanted to do something, but I didn’t know what. I'm sure she had no idea who she was messing with. "Hi Emiline, what brings you out here this late?" Patrick looked at me with anger in his eyes, I knew he wanted to do something to stop me but he didn’t say a word. "Oh nothing, me and my friends were looking for an adventure and this nice man told us about this place" "You don’t know what you've gotten yourself in to do you?" She looked at me with confusion, "What do you mean?" "She doesn’t know what she's talking about, come on Emiline" Patrick led the innocent girl away from the table, he glanced back with a look that meant I was in for it later. "Why'd you do that, you only pissed him off" "Why shouldn’t I have said something! He's going to kill her isn't he" "Well.." "She's an innocent girl" I got up and stormed off forgetting Patrick's words of warning and ignoring Andrew's yells for me to come back. I walked around for awhile before I was able to find a door that led outside. Once I was outside, I instantly regretted it.
