Her torment

The smoke filled the room, as she walked from the burning house. All her memories and belongings lay in the mist of the inflamed rubble. A smirk on her lips as she walked through the smoke and out to the road. Her black hair flowing behind her in the wind as she walked making her seem more godlike than she was. Her bright blue eyes shinning brightly in the night as she slowly walked up the road. The only thing on her personage was her clothes and her gun that was strapped to the outside of her leg. She wanted to get ride of all the torment and pain that lay in that city.

Wanting nothing more than to slowly get ride of all of the pain she had been through she walked through the near by woods her feet crunching underneath her as she walked through the debre of the woods. The dew from the approaching morning covered her hair as she quickly escaped the darkness. Climbing over obstacles in her way she worked her way through the woods until she came to the dirt road that lead north, leading off in the distance letting her eyes adjust to the darkness and the low light of the moon she made her way down the road and out of the town. She stood there in the darkness the smell of death and singed skin on her as she walked through the darkness.

She wanted to forget everything she had done the night before, letting her memories flow from her she pulled the gun from it's holster. Sitting by a near by tree she looked up at the canape that covered her, the sun slowly appeered above the horizon she sat there watching it rise for the last time and raised the gun to her Temple. Her memories washing over her as she pulled back the hammer and held it there. Her heart beat slowly as she said her last good byes and pulled the trigger. The sound of the gun echoing around the deserted forest causing the animals to stire from there slumber. Her remains lay on the tree she had been leaned up against as the sun peered through the trees leaves making her blood glow brightly.
