About Me! A Contest Entry For My Contest!

Hi! This is MY entry to my contest About You, lol, though of course, I'm not entering it

ONE!!!

My name is Taylor Renee. lol. My real name, and my user name thing sometimes! I actually do love my name. I think it sort of fits me, since Taylor is a boy or girl name, and sometimes I can be very tomboyish, but Renee is a girlie name, and I have a very girlie side. The story about my name is fun:

My mom and dad couldn't decide if it should be Taylor (my dad's choice) or Makayla (my mom's choice), so they let my older sister decide. My dad paid her five bucks (she was five at the time; that was like a hundred bucks) to name me Taylor! So, here I am! My mom didn't like that when she found out

So yeah, I love my name. Except when people think I'm a guy before they meet me. Like this year in English, the teacher had a premade seating chart, boy girl boy girl, and she put me between two other girls because she thought I was a guy

It was sort of funny.

I go by all sorts of names; my friends call me Princess, or Pink Princess, and then I go by Tay, Tay Tay, Renee, Paulina (long story) and many others

TWO!!!

I am in love with animals. They've always been a big part of my life; I think they're incredible! I've always enjoyed pets and wild animals.

My favorite animal of all time is the white Bengal Tiger. They're such beautiful creatures, gentile yet fierce and strong. Big cats have always been my favorite, along with pet cats, too. I have my own cat, Callie. I actually named her after a character in my first story, A New Beginning!

I think animals are just completely beautiful and should be respected by everyone. I also have a horse, I've been riding since I was two. I'm in love with horses. They're magnificent.

I actually used to want to be a vetrinarian. But now I don't want to be. Besides, I don't think I'd be able to put them to sleep or cut them open, even if it would make them feel etter eventually!!!

THREE!!!

I do have siblings!

I live with my older full blood sister, Amanda, and my younger half sister, Morgan. I consider them BOTH full sisters, and I love them to death, even though sometimes they get WAYYY on my nerves. I also have a step brother, Jeremy, who's about five years older than me. I love him, though I just met him for the first time about two years ago. I have a step sister, whom I've never met before, she's older than me, and another half sister, Jessica, who's way older than me. Other than Morgan, I'm the youngest, but in the family I live, I'm the middle child, between Amanda and Morgan.

My parents are devorced, Kerri and Wayne. They divorced after having me, I was about one and a hlaf when they divorced. I still get to see my dad on vacations, and my parents get along. Which is great. I have a stepdad I live with, Rob, whom I usually call Dad. He's been a father figure for me since I was three, and is Morgan's father. I love him. My father Wayne has a fiance whom he's been with since soon after he and my mother divorced. I love her, Tabitha. She's Spanish! Her entire family speaks Spanish

So I love both of my parents, though they're not together any more. We all have a pretty close relationship, though they don't talk much and I don't see my dad more than about three times a year.

FOUR!!!

Um....This is sort of weird The question is do you know me...I hope I know myself!!! I have had to live with myself for like.....EVER!

FIVE!!!

I live in the wonderful United States of America, in 'Upstate' New York. I live in a little town, and, overall, I love it. It's beautiful and perfect, though I do love when I get to go up to my dad's house, and he lives in a huge city called Syracuse,

SIX!!!

Music is becoming a bigger and bigger part of my life, and I love it. I always have. And lately I've developed a theory; music is a lot like writing. Poetry, especially. Look at just the lyrics to the song. Aren't they just like poems? I think so. Now, I've started listening to all types of music, because I really love to listen to the lyrics.

I love country, pop, R and B, rock and roll, alternative, some rap, and plenty of others. Some people I love whom I can think of off the top of my head are:

Taylor Swift, Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith, Billy Gilman, Nickleback, Kelly Clarkson, Mario Vazquez, Mathbox 20, Michelle Branch, The Fray, Miley Siris, Jon McLaughlin, Pink, Tim McGraw, Usher, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, Will Smith,Bow Wow, Mariah Carey, Rascal Flatts, Tommy Lee, Aleisha Keys and MANY more!

SEVEN!!!

Oh. This is a hard question. lol. What do I like to write the most?

Lately I've been pretty into poetry. I'm really new to it, so I haven't quite fully mastered it, but I really love it, and I've gotten a few good reviews, so that's great. I really love to write poetry, and definately am a poet at heart.

Story wise? I happen to write romance a lot. I don't mean it, , it just happens. I think romance and true love is so amazing, I have to write it sometimes!

I love fantasy, but I don't write much of it. I read, like, nonstop. My parent have actually resorted to when I'm grounded, taking away my reading books. I totally deteste it (I try not to use the word hate much). Fantasy is wonderful to read as long as it's good, such as Eragon, Eldest, Twightlight, New Moon and Eclipse. Those are some amazing books. I sort of have a bad relationship with Harry Potter books. Ask me about it some time, if you want.

I mostly love writing chapter books, novels, though. Short stories are harder for me

And my best friend is trying to get me into fanfiction....I might try it. Maybe Naruto, or Inuyasha or something.

I also have a thing for two things in stories (or even movies):

Best friends in love. I don't even know how many times I've written about that. It always makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. I love it!!!

TWINS! I don't know how many times I've said it; I have a very unhealthy obsession with twins. I just love twins. Especially boy and girl pairs. Twins are like my favorite thing ever. Since forever, but especially after I read V.C. Andrews' books, especially the one featuring Christopher, Catherine, Cory and Carrie, which I read probably two or three year ago. Carrie and Cory were twins. Ever since that book I've been in love with those names, too

EIGHT!!!

Hah. I happen to be a huge people person. But with a catch: only with people I know! It's sort of weird. Here on the computer I can be as loud and everything as I want, because I'm not shy here on SW. But in real life, I can barely talk to new people! I'm pretty shy. Until you know me. Ask my family or friends or schoolmates. I'm loud and outgoing and get along with pretty much everyone around me. And I'm hyper a lot. I'm a pretty happy person, which I think is a good thing. I know all these things that are horrible; I don't take my life for granted. I love my life and everything in it, so I'm a big optimist. It makes me feel good.

NINE!!!

Oh yes. I have many, many real friends. Or, true friends you could say. My best friend in the world is Wendy, and she's definitely something else. Her name on here is Danny Phantom. She's sort of....emoish? I don't really like stereotypes, but she's like the definition of the stereotype emo. She also....calls herself a guy. A gay guy. Yeah. She's not...normal. Which is one of the millions of many things I like about her. (Yes, I just said millions of many things. You'll see I get kind of random like that at times.)

She's always there and I can tell her anything. I have about three or four other great friends like that, not to mention a bunch of other friends I have (I'm just not as close to them) and my SW buds.

TEN!!!

War. Ah. A big subject.

War is a necessity. I know that. But I totally detest war. With all my heart. It kills me to see all those men and woman die over a stupid argument. I know how war affects peoples lives. My grandpa and great granpa were in the military, so is my uncle, who is in Iraq right now with his wife and five kids here at home. I just can't get the concept through my head that people can kill others on purpose. I don't even understand hunting (well, I know, it keeps the deer and etc. populations down) and such. Killing and hurting is a weird concept to me. I just don't see how people can do it.

ELEVEN!!!

Storywrite is an amazing place to me. Since I've been here I've improved my writing so much, and I've become more rapidly involved in my writing. SW is the best writing website I've found that is free. The contests, the stories, the people. I love everything about StoryWrite. And AllPoetry is great, too. These sites have such a variety of people it's amazing. I love it, I really do.

TWELVE!!!

I really don't know when I STARTED writing, but I became active in my writing about a year ago. So that's why I'm not perfect yet I'm only thirteen now, though I've been told I seem older. By people here and in real life alike. I think I am pretty mature for a thirteen year old. I started my first real story in the end of sixth grade (I'm in eighth now) and forgot about it till half way through last year. Then I picked it up again and really got into writing. I've written a lot since then, poems and stories alike, and I'm currently rewriting what I have so far of that first story, A New Beginning.

THIRTEEN!!!

I do have people here I love. This website is truely amazing, it's people really making it amazing. I have met so many amazing people here, and I love almost all of them. I've always been amazed to see how different people really are, and this site has the perfect variety of them. And I love how there's people of all ages from everywhere around the world. They're all unique and amazing.

SOME of my favorite people here are the following. I love all of them.

Naila, or Black Dragon14. This is my BEST friend here. She lives far, far away from me, and our time difference is eight hours. But ever since I've met her she's read EVERY story or poem I've posted, and commented on them all. She's a great friend who gives me amazing support, and also an amazing writer herself. I never even notice that she's more than a year odler than me.

Sari, or Gnomie. This girl is an INCREDIBLE friend and amazing author, especially since she's more than a year YOUNGER than me. She's got remarkable talent and is a terribly fun person to be around. We're also like, totally TWINS! lol. We're so alike in a ton of different ways.

Yume, or Kurai Yume. She an AMAZING poet. lol. She leaves great comments, too, and is just an all around GREAT friend! She's so fun to talk to and an all aound great person. SHe also reads a ton of my stuff.

Asfand, or...ASFAND! lol! Or, as I like to call him, Assiefandie. He's an amazing guy, and an absolute amazing writer and poet. He's way above his level, and he's what I hope to get my writing up to by the time I'm eighteen. He's also a totally great friend, and he's nice to everyone. AND HE LIVES IN THE COOLEST PLACE EVER!!

Those are only my top four. I have soooo many others, and I love you all. Really. You're all amazing friends, and I just can't thank you all enough.

FOURTEEN!!!

Wow. I wonder if my writing does affect the people around me. I really hope so. I have been told I'm pretty good at putting the emotion needed in my stories. That's what I want. If I can't do anything else, I want to put the feeling out there. So I hope when people read my stuff they can feel that emotion, and, at least for the moment, think about it. Feel it.

FIFTEEN!!!

Why do I write. This is an interesting question I gave everyone, though it's sooo hard to answer. That's why I love to read what you guys say.

I don't know why I write specifically. I have to, now. I need to write, to get out those feelings. To show how I feel with words. And I'm getting pretty good at it. I think that everyone needs to write sometimes. It just so happens that I love to do it all the time.

Author notes

This is what I would have entered into my contest, about you. lol. I hope you learned something lol. Um...yeah. There's probably typos. Because my MS word is down. Sorry! Whatcha think?

Wow. Well I have learned a lot more about you than I did before, which is great! I love the way answered the questions, and if you weren't the actual HOST of the contest, you would definitely win! I can tell you put a lot of thought into your answers, and I'm glad.

Plus you mentioned me! That's so SWEET! If I had any teeth left I would have lost them, but since you have been so sweet in the past...

Shame we live so far apart, or I would have come over immediately, given you the biggest hug EVER, then go back home without another word.
