A tear followed by a laugh
Is not anything but another tear to fall.
Why can't they notice
That we are not their maid at call?
We are not something to be found amusing,
Or ignored when we plea!
Men are such disgraces;
Or at least such to me!
Now, don't get me wrong,
They just won't hear us.
Our mourning will not get us far,
I grant you, but neither will their amusmented cuss!
Why must we be reduced to this?
Do men not think us not worthy?
We bear their children!
Some of us are good enough to be called 'sexy'!
I just cannot understand,
And yet, with this confusion brings such sadness.
For, as you know,
My worries can only bring madness...
