A friend wonders about your romantic history,
but a best friend can blackmail you with it!
a good friend will talk with you about the boy you like
but a best friend will blurt out "she likes you && she wants to bang you" right to his face.
a good friend will comfort you when he rejects you
but a best friend will go right up to him and say "it's because you're gay isn't it?"
but boys aren't the only thing best friends make you feel better about.
A good friend will trade your icky purple popsicle for her yummy pink one
but a best friend will shove it in your mouth and say "eat the damn thing!"
A good friend will sit on the side of the pool with you when you have your bloody friend but a best friend will swim up to you, toss you a tampon and then pull you in.
When it is raining a good friend will scamper you out of the rain.
But a best friend would steal your umbrella and yell "run loser run!"
a good friend would bail you out of jail
but a best friend would be sitting next to you in the cell saying "Holy crap that was fucking amazing LETS DO IT AGAIN!"
A good friend would pull you away from the bar when she thinks you've had too much to drink.
but a best friend would slam the shots in front of you and cheer, "come on bitch chug this stuff down. we can't waste it!"
basically best friends play both roles. sometimes even three roles cause friends can become family. they know you inside and out and even more than your parents do. they see you when your strong and vulnerable. they see you when your funny or when your depressed. friends are the ones you can cry to, make the worst situation funny, who can run up and down a major highway with advertising dominos pizza...&& she always have your back<3
