About Me

1. What's you're name and do you like it, why or why not? (If you don't want to use your real name, username is absolutely fine!)

-The name Twiggy Manson is not my real name but it’s my username that I gave myself and I like to have the people that I know in my hometown to refer to me as that. The name Twiggy Manson was taken from two people that are famous and there’s also a third person too that’s involved in my name. “Twiggy” was taken from Twiggy Ramirez (real name Jerodie White and yes, he’s a guy) who was the bass player for Marilyn Manson and “Manson” was taken from Marilyn Manson himself (real name Brian Hugh Warner) and “Manson” is also taken from my boyfriend’s last name. What I thought was interesting was how the first name had a positive side and the last name had a negative side so it was like I had a good and evil side to me. And if I didn’t like the name, I never would have given it to myself and I like it much better than my real name.

2. Do you like animals? Why, why not? What's your favorite? (Anything in there. More the better, remember!)

-Once, I had a small kitten so I guess that I do like animals. I’m really gentle and kind towards animals and I can’t see how anyone could abuse them or be so cruel towards them. My favorite animal would have to be cats because I had one when I was little and I’ve always loved them. The reason why I like them is because I used to talk to the cat and it was like my only friend until it got very ill and died.

3. Do you have any siblings? If not, what about your parents? How do you feel about these people?

-I only have one brother and he’s older than me. He’s muscular, he has long hair, he was a football player in school, and now, he’s not in school anymore. He has graduated. He was always mean and abusive to me but he changed after our mom died. He could be nice but only if he wanted to be but that happened every once in a while. I used to look up to him but I found someone else to be my hero. My parents were great people and very caring but strict. They were always looking out for me. My mother was my best friend since I never had any friends. When I was eight years old, my father died and when I was fourteen (I'm fifteen now and will be 16 on October 31), my mother died of Cancer.

I wish my parents were still alive today but I got my older brother and my awesome boyfriend who I am currently living with as of now.

4. Do you know me? (Hah. I like that one.)

–I know you only on Storywrite. You’re on my friend list and I’m your Storywrite big sister.

5. Where do you live? (This is optional. I understand some people might not want to answer it. I live in the U.S.!)

-I live down south in the state of Florida in the U.S. And I won’t be telling anyone what city of Florida I live in. You’ll have to figure it out yourself.

6. Do you like music, and if so, how do you relate it to your writing?

-I like heavy metal and other types of metal except for rap/metal and power metal. I also like Marilyn Manson. I can relate my writing to the music I listen to because now, I’m starting be just like Marilyn Manson himself and I am beginning to write about what he does and I can relate to a lot of it so that’s how.

7. What is your favorite thing to write?

-My favorite thing to write is horror. Ever since I got into horror movies and everything, I’ve always wrote horror stories.

8. Are you a people person?

-Am I a people person? No, but I have people skills.

9. Do you seem to have a lot of REAL friends?

-The answer to this question is no. I do not have any friends at all except for my boyfriend. He’s the only one I have to talk to.

10. How do you feel about war?

-I do not like war at all but I guess it has to happen sometimes in order to solve things (not so sure about that statement right now). I hate war just so you know.

11. Why do you like StoryWrite?

-Because it’s a place where I can share my writings with everyone and I’ll get feedback for it.

12. What got you into writing?

-Marilyn Manson got me into writing. He inspires me to do everything that I do now and I wanted to show everyone that I wasn't some nobody or something like that.

13. Do you have a friend here that you really, really love?

-No, I don’t love anyone on here.

14. Does your writing seem to effect the people around you?

-Actually my writing does effect the people around me. It effected my teacher who forced the class to write an essay and poem about whatever we wanted and it totally changed the way he normally looked at me. He thought I was one of those Manson worshippers which is really what I am but he doesn’t understand and it was also the fact my writing did freak him out but he won’t admit that. My love Eric is the only person I know who loves my writing. He’s my number one fan and I think that my writing has effected him in some way. He does agree with me on the certain topics I write about.

15. Why do you write?

-I write because it’s an escape for me like music is. To me, my writing doesn’t judge me like music doesn’t judge me or anyone else. I can express my feelings that way since I can’t talk about my feelings. I kind of have to write and it’s one of my necessities. I also write because I want to show people that I can actually do something and hopefully one day, I'll get to be a famous writer.
