As I stared in the mirrow an evil grin escapes my lips. Yes,tonights the night he pays for turning me into this horror I see before me now.
Under the bed was a box that held all possibilities of what I could have been. I got down on all fours (like the beast I had become) and pulled out the box.
Inside was filled with pictures of the beautiful girl I use to be. Newspaper clippings of pageants I'd won. All of these things reminded me of the dreams I could never have now.
What happen? I fell in "love" and my life ended.
Long story short...I gave up everything to marry him!
Ten years and three boys later and a cold hearted unavailable husband this thing that stared back at me from my mirror is the result.
My beautiful long blonde hair had turned into a mop of dull, greasy, limp brown strings (you don't have time for yourself with three boys to wait on)and my skin that was so soft and smooth had become wrinkled from the frowning and bitterness. Of course there was never enough money to take care of my pearly white's so they slowly became the rotten things they are so smiling was no longer possible. The worst is my eyes,so red with black circles under them causing me to look like a rabbit raccoon. This from all the nights of worry and lonelyness.
Footsteps downstairs...frantically I jumped up and hid in the closet.
He walked into the room and I threw open the door and pounced on him knocking him to the floor!
"What the**** are you doing? Get off me you hag."
I giggled (it felt good) and told him "yes,I'm a hag cause that's what you made me,it's time to pay your dues now."
I reached behind me and brought out a bat. As I lifted it up high I said,"you will now be staying home with me and looking at what you have created until "death do us part."
"Your job driving a truck, which you took so you wouldn't have to look at me will be impossible to do without the use of your legs!"
"Now you will have to behold me in all my beauty everyday!"
She smiled wickedly and said "unless you would rather be without your eyes too," as she sat the bat down and pulled out an ice pick that she had hided in her robe!
The screams flooded the room that night mixed in with the wild laughter.
The end

Rule Adherene ~ Please write - horror funny - as in scary story that makes us laugh ... once you rewrite please inform us!
-
This would be a great horror story, but the rules were to make us laugh also and I hate to say that it didn't make me laugh. Because it is your story I won't tell you where you should insert humor and to tell you the truth I don't write humor, so I wouldn't be of any help anyways.
So my suggestion would be to insert some humor and make us laugh.
If you do rewrite this, please IM me and let me know and I'll come back and read it again.
Best of luck and thanks for entering.
Brooke
