The gavel hit the Judges podium Three times1

"order, order people Order." Judge Malcolroy yelled. 2

The bystanders in the courtroom quickly hushed. Whatever they were talking about was irrelevent to this case. The case between Deigo Montoya and Alexandria Gordonado. 3

What are the charges you ask? How does this sound for accusations, A guy (Deigo) hunts for one of the most exotic girls he's ever seen. He finds her; long, luscious curls, of topaz hues, and Mexican red eyes. She's petite, not to tall, but her height doesn't effect the given gift of her exquisitely beautiful legs. Oh how he wanted to know how she tasted and that's exactly what he did, except he didn't get to do it right away. It was three months before he ever got her naked. There was a secret both Alexandria and Deigo both knew, Alexandria was underage. Apparently that never stopped either of them. He had her on top of him, guiding her hips as she moved vertically. After all was said and done they didn't bother to talk. There was a month of silence between them. and then BANG! He comes back into her life like a bullet. He started coming around more, enticing her romantically, and she seducing him. It wasn't long before they started seeing each other. 4

That's the problem right there. SEEING is starting to be such a complicated word its almost not funny. To him he said seeing meant he liked her but not enough to promote her to girlfriend. SEEING to her means that she was the trophy girlfriend. To him he thought he could still see other girls on the side. To her that meant emotions were getting in the way and she was starting to let her guard down. Oh how stupid she felt. May I remind you, she's still underage at this moment. 5

"Plantiff, please present your opening statement." The Judge Ordered. 6

"My client, Miss Alexandria Gordonado met a guy when she was at a popular spot for nightlife. She meets Mr. Montoya and immediately they engage in intercourse. He is above the legal age and he knew she was still underage. Miss Alexandria is jailbait to him. We can't have him exploiting other young girls like my client." Alexandria's lawyer Mr. Venturie, presented. 7

"Defendant case, please explain your case." 8

"First off, My client Mr. Diego Montoya did not know she was underage. Miss Gordonado specifically told him she was the legal age. Mr. Montoya and I do not see the problem between two people engaging in sexual acts." Mr. Conrad reported. 9

"I object; the problem is he slipped her a drug in her drink, otherwise known as a roofie, and when she started to whine down from her high, he took her to his place and let her sleep there. My client did not know she was the victim of date-rape until she woke up in his bed, naked, and alone. Mr. Montoya had already fled the scene." Mr. Venturi reported. 10

"Is that true? MR. Conrad." The Judge asked. 11

"That is completely incorrect. My client did not flee the scene, He was distinctively getting ready to attend his morning classes at the local university. As for the plantiff being naked when she woke, my client revealed to me that before she crashed into a deep slumber she told him in privacy that she never sleeps with any clothes on." Mr. Conrad revealed. 12

"I object!" Mr. Venturi screamed. 13

"Denied!" Judge Malcolroy replied. "But I have to wonder, revealing a secret that private as to Mr. Venturi's client sleeping naked, what morals do you have that give you the right to demean someone like that?" 14

Mr. Conrad did not reply. 15

"I think this is the perfect time for us to take a recess." Mr. Venturi projected. 16

"I think you're right. The case will resume tomorrow October 12th, 2007 promptly at 10 A.M. Jury adjourned." Judge Malcolroy commanded. Everybody arose from their seats and began exiting the court room. Alexandria received some encouraging words about tomorrow's hearing, and exited the courtroom. 17

"Hold up there Miss Gordonado!" Deigo yelled from across the hall. 18

"Why should I wait for you?" Alexandria muttered. 19

"Why are you doing this?" He asked. 20

"Because, you did me wrong, and now you're paying the price. You raped me when I distinctively told you I did not want to have sex with you. But I saw you slip me that roofie. I saw my drink fizzing." Alexandria replied.21

"Well then that's your fault because you still drank it." Deigo retorted. 22

"Game on mister, is all I have to say. You thought I was sweet and innocent, and apparently this is not good enough for you. GAME ON! You'll see the real side of me that I can play hard and rough and I will cause you trouble and you WILL LOSE!" With that Alexandria walked out the courtroom. A swing in her step and hips, her heels clinked and clanked against the marble floor. This bitch was as cold as ice!
