Experience Migraines? Ever get a Migraine so intense, when you look at your body it appears to be morphing, growing very tall or very short? How about even time morphing, at one moment speeding by, and at the next creeping?
These are symptoms of Alice-in-Wonderland Syndrome. Or, the most noticeable symptoms. This syndrome can occur in people of any age, but is most common among child Migraineurs. The distortions these sufferers witness are said to be so ridiculous, even the child Migraineurs know they cannot be real.
It is so named because said symptoms describe Alice's experiences in Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland," and "Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There," what with her shrinking to ten inches high, then growing into a giant. Lewis Carroll is known to have been a Migraineur, and as such it has been thought that perhaps Alice's experiences were based on Carroll's own struggles with Migraines.

Also interesting to know how maybe Alice in Wonderland was written. One never know the intentions behind the thought. This may give clear evidence on it.
